yes there's lots of studies. it's amazing the things they say can be passed down genetically. I didn't think that emotions could be genetic before. Who knows. I'm sure there will be more research that shows we are doomed to become our parents no matter hhow hard we try not to be XD

That's kind of sad in a way...Although the more I try NOT to be like my mom (the negative traits, anyways), the more I see in me things just like her. I wonder if it's from the nurturing aspect and being around her...or if I was adopted would I have turned out any differently.
