I think the website is caloriecount.about.com
It's way way cool
You put in your food, it gives you nutrients and calories and makes graphs and charts and shows you where you need to eat more of what and less of what.

I use DailyTracker on my iPhone, I think it does the same thing. I'm still not bothered to do it.
I used to do it regularly this time last year while I was going to uni so hopefully I will get back into it again.
