I watched Thor 2 on Friday and I loved it. More for Loki than Thor, but anyway...
The plot was interesting, the special effects made all the magical stuff look real, there was a ton of badass female characters (a superhero movie that is not sexist! I guess that is actually the case with most of Marvel movies recently, which is pretty great), a cameo appearance by a certain other superhero... It was amazing. I give it 8/10.

At the cinema, it was Thor 2. I really enjoyed that. On TV, the last film i saw was Les Misrables. I abhor musicals and i'd put off watching this for ages, and i gotta say, i don't get why a lot of people poured their eyes out over it. Safe to say i'm still not a fan of musicals...

The last movie I saw was Last Vegas. I liked it, and it was funny, but I wish it had more main female characters. But unfortunately, most moves have this problem.

Last movie... Don't really remember. Probably the first Thor movie on Netflix. It was okay.

I did watch this documentary the other day about this lady that supposedly stalked and kidnapped her Mormon boyfriend, and had kinky sex with him during the said kidnapping. It was mostly told from her point of view, which was really interesting. I liked it.

I saw Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 yesterday. I really liked it, although there's a heck of a lot of food puns in there...Only to be expected really! Some very cute animation though which made me happy. I love random things with faces on them...

The last movie I saw was Planes with my family. It was a cute movie, I'd give it a 8.5 out of 10. We had some good laughs and would probably watch it again when it comes out on dvd.

This weekend I watched a lot of movies on Netflicks with my boyfriend. XD

True Nature

A great thriller! Strong Female lead. I was really rooting for her all movie. The ending kinda left me wanting more info though. >.<

How to Be a Serial Killer

This movie had tons of style and an interesting storyline. It was full of dark humor and I really enjoyed it. :D

Conan the Barbarian

Boobs and loins clothes EVERYWHERE! XD If your shy about that sort of thing this movie is not for you. I know this incarnation of Conan got a lot of flack from people that loved the original Arnie versions but I think I liked it more. It was a good popcorn movie but nothing special over all. With a book series as epic as Conan I doubt we'll ever see a truly well done movie out of it. Movies like LOTR and hobbit have been extremely lucky.

Storage 24

Cheesey horror movie. But I liked it. Mostly I was trying to figure out how they did the monster. It was mostly old school effects and little 3D use which is very rare for new alien/monster movies.

Makkhi (fly)

This movie was SO cute! It was about a man reborn into a fly after he was murdered by someone that wanted his girlfriend. As a fly he seeks to tell her he still loves her and to protect her from the man that had him killed. It has this cute song to about how he'll take his revenge the man. I never thought I'd be cheering on a fly in a movie. XD

The last film I saw was Only Yesterday. It's such a nice, slow film where you don't have to give much thought into watching. It's just about this woman looking back at her grade 5 self. It's pretty sweet. I love the ending. :')

The last movie I saw was Thor 2. Honestly, I don't go to these movies to see Thor. I go to watch Loki be funny. I adored him in Thor and The Avengers, so seeing him again in this movie with a great part just made my day. To be honest, Thor's love interest is kind of boring and drippy to me. I'd much prefer to see a romantical development between Loki and Darcy, they're much more compatible to me and make a better couple. But that could just be because they'd be funny and silly.

As for the rest of the movie, it was a typical superhero flick. I can't wait for the third one because of the last five minutes in it with the plot and the standard hidden scene. I'd give this movie a 7 out of 10 because it was good, I find most superhero movies good, but it wasn't... smashing. Ahaha, I tried to make a funny. oxo

I must be odd I do watch soo many old films, and don't get round to watch new ones until ages after they come out, with a few exceptions of upcoming films (anchorman two, robocop, new transformers)
Anyway watched 'the keep' and would give it a 6/10 for its day... If it came out now like it, would give it a 3/10!
And watched 'last action hero' today too. 6/10 love arnie, and think its a funny film, poking fun at arnie.

I saw the second Hobbit film a couple of days ago. I thought it was really good, and i much preferred it to the first installment which was a bit 'meh' for me.

^ Agreed. Watched it last night. I love Smaug in all his dragon-y goodness. <3

Kind of wonder how he manages to sleep buried under all those gold coins though...just breathing would've caused mini-avalanches and the constant tinkering of the coins rolling down one another would've been so irritating for me...>.>;

Overall, I'd say...7/10 maybe.

Her. It's a beautiful film. It follows everything related to relationships and kind of a shameful look at how the future of humanity might look like.

Watch this film. You'll laugh and you'll cry but it's one of those films that really touch your heart.

I watched Paranorman just an hour ago or so ;D it was a pretty nice movie, animated ^^ I'd give it a rating of 3 because half the time I ended up texting with my best friend x.x but that is not to say it was bad- I just didn't understand the story pretty much XD

I watched The Wolf of Wall Street. I'd probably give it a 6.5/10 or a 7/10.

I think the movie was overrated, but it was an interesting look at a type of life most people will never live.

A few days ago I finally watched The Lion King, and it is probably the best animated movie I've ever seen. Unlike most movies, there was basically no part in it that I found boring, and the songs were awesomely catchy. It was heartbreaking, heartwarming, and funny. I'd give it 10/10.

At home: The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. I was amazed by the actress who played Lisbeth. It was a really good movie, but, of course, as is usually the case, the book was better. I'd give the movie 8/10 expensive leather jackets.

In the theater: Girl on Fire, the second of the Hunger Games movies. It was good, but again, the book went into more detail and was the 'fuller' story. But I'd give it 8/10 flying arrows. I can't wait for the next installment!
