no no, out of chicken bones or cow bones.... its really good for when your sick. you make it up in a big batch and then strain it so all you have is the borth. you store that in fridge or freezer and then when you really want soup you mix it with what ever you want in your soup. it is really good.

yes it can be called stock. but then there are so many types of stock that I use bone broth to talk about just that.
