This isn't really something serious, it was really just for fun. It is kind of left open, and I'm pretty sure there will be some questions about it near the end. However, that's the beauty of it

Choices
The night was cold, the moon was in its new stage and dark clouds seemed to cover the sky. The only lights came from the distant clubs' multi colored lasers that were still being moved around even at the late hour. Gwyen Tailor walked quickly along the streets regretting having the idea of coming out without a jacket. Her phone had died on her and her friend Catty who was supposed to have gone with her. Though her foster mother usually didn't really care about how late she stayed out she had forbade her to go to the club that night. Catty had told Gwyen that her mother had broken their tradition, which had earned a laugh but now she wasn’t laughing. Now she was stuck walking home alone, the music grew fainter and fainter with each step she took until the only thing she could hear was the taps of her own shoes.
Gwyen stopped suddenly when she heard a rustling behind her. Automatically she turned around. There was nothing there so shaking her head she turned and continued her brisk walk home. She glanced behind her a few moments later and let out a small sigh when no one was there. As she walked she ran into something. Gwyen stumbled back and shook her head “I’m sorry” she said and looked up at whomever she had bumped into. She froze at the sight.
It was a tall strong built man. He reached out his arm and grabbed Gwyens shoulder; she noticed it was covered in tattoos. The one that scared her the most though was the one that was formed like a snake and wrapped around his arm, and for some reason it seemed to have the appearances like it was moving on his arm. Gwyen wanted to scream out for help but her voice was gone, too frightened to even make a sound. The stranger stared down at her with his yellow teethed grin and what Gwyen noticed to be almost glowing red eyes. She swallowed and the man must have felt her shaking as he leaned down. “Can you hear it?” he asked into her ear. Gwyen wanted to hurl at the smell of his breath. “I can feel you shaking, is it because of the cold night or is it because you can hear it?” he asked. Placing his hands on Gwyens’ cheeks he leaned in as if to kiss her but stopped only inches from her lips. “You haven’t even developed yet, have you Sele?” he asked her.
Gwyen looked at him confused, she continued to shake and before she knew it, she was bolting off away from the stranger and away from whatever else was behind her. The city was only about 2 blocks away and she was stumbling. She looked down at her dirty wedges and quickly as she could, untied the strings and removed her shoes. The concrete felt strange against her bare feet but that didn’t stop her from running. She couldn’t stop shaking and she lost time. Her mind was brought back to reality when she heard the honking of a horn.
Gwyen blinked and stopped, and looked as a car came towards her. It didn’t seem to stop, the headlights shone brightly and she brought up her arms as if they would protect her. She felt someone grab her and jump out of the way, Gwyen and her savior rolled along the street and onto the other side of the pavement. Gwyen now had tears in her eyes as the two stopped rolling on the path. She opened her eyes to see who had saved her and smiled “geez Gwyen, what the heck were you thinking?” There before her lay a young girl with long brown hair, a strand of it dyed a pinkish color. “The light was green, why were you walking?” she asked.
Gwyen immediately wrapped her arms around the other girl. “Catty” she cried into her friends shoulder. “Catty, I was so scared” Gwyen cried, her voice shaky. Her sparkling blue dress was dirty and slightly torn. No doubt, she would ever be able to wear it again. She continued to cry into Catty’s shoulder, her friends green t-shirt beginning to become soaked with her friends non-stoppable tears. Catty’s arms were wrapped protectively around Gwyen as she tried to comfort her until Gwyen could speak.
When Gwyen had calmed down, the two friends began to walk back towards Gwyens house. Gwyen was shaking and her walking was more over trips then one foot in front of the other so Catty wrapped an arm around her shoulder and supported her. Gwyen told her friend the tale from how she had been walking, to hearing the sound behind her, to running into the man. Gwyen debated whether or not to tell Catty about the last words he had said to her. She decided in the end to keep it a secret. Atleast for now. They stopped in front of a gate “well here we are” Catty said. “You want me to help you inside?” she asked, “and help you explain your appearance to your mother…and your missing shoes?” Catty said with a small laugh.
Gwyen smiled at her friend but frowned almost as fast as those glowing eyes shot through her again. “No, I’ll be alright. I’ll see you tomorrow Catty” Gwyen said as she pushed open the gate.
“Later” Catty said and turned on her way back to her place.
Suddenly it hit Gwyen, why had Catty been out at this hour? Hadn't her mother said she couldn't go out that night? She shook her head and headed up the path that led to her house and slowly and quietly turned the doorknob. She pushed it open and closed it behind her. Her mother was probably asleep by now, so Gwyen walked up the carpeted stairs and slipped into the bathroom. She needed a bath, no matter how much she knew the probability was of waking up her mother there was no escaping the feeling on her body. Reaching in she turned on the water and threw a towel over the rail. Turning to the mirror above the sink she began to remove the dangle earrings she had been wearing. Placing them on the sink she began to slip out of the blue dress, that was never to be worn again. Removing the final bits of clothing she opened the shower curtain and stepped in. The hot water hit her back like a heavy hot rain shower. But it helped ease the shivering and shaking of that night’s experience.
Slowly the worries of her mother waking up were washed away along with the dirt and grim and glitter from her hair as it went down the drain. She cleaned her body making sure to try and get every bit of fear out of her. She smiled, she was still frightened and could collapse at any moment from the memory of the incidents earlier but the warmth of the water was keeping her fears at bay. When she was done she turned off the water and stretched. Her short red hair stuck somewhat to the back of her neck, as it only reached to her shoulders. Her younger sister often said that Gwyens hair reminded her of Will from her favorite show
W.I.T.C.H.
Gwyen who had been forced to watch the show whenever she had to babysit her sister didn’t see the similarity between the two. Even so, Cameron continued to insist that there was a resemblance.
Luckily Cameron was staying over at a friends house for the week or else she would have wandered into Gwyens room and begun to bombard her elder sister with questions. Gwyen wrapped the soft yellow towel around her body and grabbed another towel drying her wet hair.
Once Gwyen was dry she slipped into her room and grabbed her pajamas that were laying folded up on her pillow like always. Slipping into the purple and white pajamas she slid under the covers of her bed and smiled at the warmth. Reaching over she turned off the light and closed her eyes, but those glowing eyes seemed to haunt her and her eyes shot open.
You haven’t even developed yet, have you Sele? His words ran through Gwyens mind again and she knew for the first time that this was going to be a rough night.
