Would you at all be surprised to find some NPCs dealing in the black market, though?

Cheesy potatoes, Chexala. Everyone has so many of them and I was just trying to unload mine at the market but there are just so many floating around everywhere that I might as well eat them myself but what is a potato without some cheese?

Hmm, yeah actually. They're a goofy lot, but I don't really see them being into that. Or if they are, it's for something relatively innocent. (Or maybe I'm just relatively innocent )
