That term comes by because your motor system shut down when you sleep. That explains why it is HARD to move your body if your mind awake first.

It's actually later than my normal bed time. I usually go to bed by 9PM so I can be awake the next morning for work.

This is the third night in a row I've woken up waaaaay early, wide awake.
