From what my gramma tells me it covers all the books with just some changes to how certain things happen. I stopped watching in season two but the show itself was decent enough portrayal of the books.

But I know I'll be disappointed. I'm always disappointed in a movie portrayal of a book that I like.

The books were hard to get started on, but once you do, you can't put them down...

Yeah. I mean, I was definitely getting angry at some of the changes they made, but I really enjoyed the books so that is why. It depends how you go into it. If you just ignore that its based off a book series you love its a decent show.
