Wow, that's so confusing.

I've never liked it since whether it's light out or not doesn't bother me at all.

But it's a total pain to have to get up earlier one hour when it goes back.

Arizona is the only one in the US that doesn't, I believe.

They'd have to mentally subtract an hour whenever dealing with people from out of state.

Well, it's confusing all across the US whether in Arizona or not. There are several timezones throughout the US, and when you are dealing with someone in the US in a different timezone than you it can be confusing. Even just driving/flying between states. I live in California and was in Missouri all summer, which is a 2 hour difference, and trying to communicate with people back home was actually really hard with conflicting times.

I always like flying west, you go back in time.

I've never had too much trouble converting time zones as long as I was used to the time zones I'm working with. xD

For me it made conflicting work times.

It's confusing for me because I haven't lived in a place with multiple timezones in too long. XD;

I find it a bit annoying, but it does make sense. They exist for a valid reason. It doesn't matter too much if you're only dealing with people in your area and not across the different times.
