Welp, now I'm saying "Let's have some fun, this beat is sick…" because of some old posts.

It's been a while since Lady Gaga released her last album.

Running isn't the danger. WALKING is!

Lady Gaga's got good songs. I started taking interest in her because of Key WHOOPS. Key is my favorite K-pop idol, and he has sung her songs a few times. Oh, and Ren really likes her and sings her songs, too.

I FOUND THE POST I WAS LOOKING FOR!

I did not find the item suggestion thread. Will have to search for it later.

Where would you frame and post them, Amane?

I don't know where, but I'd print them and frame them where I'd see them randomly and LAUGH VERY HARD.

that wont act up my acid reflex?
i am trying to find more meals I can afford to eat.

Oh there is so much food out there without cheese and spiciness!

But it has to be affordable, you say?

Any kind of sandwich with bread and deli meat and salad leaves is yum.

You can buy spaghetti and tomato sauce, and make meatballs from ground meat.

Any kind of pasta is also very easy to just drop in a pot and boil.

Of course, there is also the cup noodle option.

Ground meat is also good for other things like non-spicy chili with cut up peppers and corn and meatballs.

String beans! Broccoli! Cauliflower! Just add some sauce and do a stir-fry!

Vegetable soup or stew! Drop tomatoes, onions, beef cuts, and other goodies into a large pot with water and boil. Will last you for days!

I could go on, but maybe I should ask you to narrow down your favorite foods or tastes first :)

Fuu-Chan: Ramen noodles can be made better & still affordable, just add some leftover vegetables or a couple of mushrooms.
It shouldn't mess with your acid re-flux.
A trick to help with the acid in tomato based sauces is to add a little brown sugar to it.
Do onions & peppers also bother you?

Also, if you like rice, buy one of those huge bags of white rice and a rice cooker! Worth the investment. You will be eating rice for months!

@Damia
I did ramen for a while but I am no fan of mushrooms.
Onions it depends on the intake. But sometimes it can. I eat onion dip sometimes to snack on
and if I eat too much then it flares up at night. Peppers..well..not really fond of them.

@Salvete
I don't really mean like home made meals or anything
as we can hardly buy home made meals.
And on a budget. But I do plan to buy some broccoli.
I just don't really have a good idea of meals but not home made meals.
Or meal ideas. Idk..sorry I am rambling Dx

We do have deli meat for sandwiches I just forgot. XD
Usually hamburger helper never acts it up. But i need to come up with other foods I can eat for mainly lunch and dinner.

Your family does not cook? Hmm... are there any fast food restaurants in your area? For example, Subway has pretty affordable large sandwiches.

A lot of us have allergies
or different allergies. Like to garlic, we all have acid reflex that act up every now and then
and my sister has IBS and has a lot of tummy issues with dairy and red sauce sometimes.

We don't go out to eat often as we can't afford to.
We are going to subway but only in celebration for my birthday yesterday.

Actually, the most affordable option is to learn how to cook--particularly if you have specific dietary needs.
A turkey, and whole chicken, are usually the best option for price per pound (with regards to protein). If you roast it one night for dinner, you'll have plenty of leftovers, and you can use the bones/carcass for soup stock; it's not going to have all that sodium that causes some internal issues.

Rice is another standard option that you could look into.
I will cook rice all day and have it as congee when I'm not feeling well, or have it with sesame and vegetables for breakfas, and add a little meat with vegetables for dinner. It's very easy.
