Oh gosh, good luck. I think it's the worst when you have a craving, but can't quite pin it down, so you just want to eat everything in sight to try and quell it.

i've had to go threw that.. it mega stinks 'nods' i add my good luck to jupiter's..

I can't tell if my tummy is hungry
since it has not growled yet.
It could be my acid reflex.
All night I kind of felt sick. Or very nauseated.
So i shall drink some mint tea and go from there.

Ah soothing mint tea helps alot...
i usually take some black seed oil sometimes to take care of mine.

Mint tea and pretzels are my life saviours.
As well as mints and ginger ale.
It feels like it is starting to go away.

Most likely stress since
a lot of drama has been going on with my family and the relatives as well as lack of food I ingested yesterday. I did not eat much yesterday. I only ate dinner really.
So today I will eat more if my stomach will let me.
