I love lasagna. I haven't had hamburger helper lasagna in forever, though. Ground beef is so expensive.

We have no window in the kitchen either. We live in an apartment. The kitchen is right by our front door, which leads to a hallway. The only outside opening is at the other end of the apartment where the sliding glass doors are.

I bought pork chops, because I haven't had them in months. I found a recipe for some cheesy baked pork chops that I'm going to try. With mashed potatoes and some kind of veggie. I haven't decided which yet. And I mad caramel walnut brownies for dessert.

We use turkey. Beef tends to hurt my dad's stomach.

We don't really have a hallway. Only real hallway we have is from my dad's bedroom to the second bathroom. Which is basically our main bathroom.

I haven't had pork chops in years.
I don't even remember what they taste like or if I even like them.
But anything with cheese is good.

All of that sounds good. If I don't get too tired i'll probably have ice cream for dessert.

Ice cream sounds delicious, especially with how hot it is. I finally searched on Wal-Mart's website and found the Breyer's gelato I crave at one of the neighborhood markets about 10 minutes from me. I just have to get down that way to get some.

I'm obsessed with the Breyer's gelato in the tiramisu flavor. It's mascarpone gelato with ladyfinger pieces and espresso syrup with cocoa on top.

But it's tasty. To me at least it is.

Gelato is creamer than ice cream. It's a richer flavor.

I can't actually tell the difference between ice cream, froyo, and gelato. Its all the same to me.

We buy about two packs of chicken a month for the two of us. I get skinless boneless breasts, and my husband gets skinless boneless thighs. It's about $20 for both packs.

To me, gelato is creamer and has more flavor than ice cream. And the froyo I've had has had the texture of like a fudgsicle. It was icier.

Teriyaki/BBQ chicken. It's so good.

Teriyaki chicken sounds yummy. I do BBQ chicken sometimes, and I've done pulled chicken a few times. We mostly bake it. My husband like it baked with those Campbell's Oven Sauces in the roasted chicken flavor.
