You have to have kind of a tunnel vision when racing, I think.

Kind of. It's strange. I'm nervous all day, until the kart starts, then I'm completely calm and focused. It's almost like it's a different person.

The only thing that really keeps me focused are list's. I have a little note pad I write out what I'm doing/want to do that day. It doesn't get done if I don't. >.< So I guess my note pad is my focus.

When you are number one you are the target. However, that pushes you to be that much better. I've been there a few times in leagues I have bowled. And bowling is very male dominated, so a girl kicking a guy's ass looks pretty bad. Haha!

Find that zone and nothing else interferes and your goal is clearly in focus. Bowling does that for me, especially in tournaments.

In any sport. Pitchers, quarterbacks, any one that has played sports will tell you they focus once they are in the game. It's literally called, being in the zone.

I dont' wanna be the target! I'm already fastest in the club and I don't want that! Karts are male oriented as well, I guess. Not that it matters, in a suit and helmet, you can't tell. And I've lost the club championship to two different girls for 3 years now.

Ruthless, but some have the skill to back it up. I've seen her drive from last to first to win a state title, and not touch a single person on the way. She'd put pretty much every F1 driver to shame if she could drive one.

It's a game show on GSN. They give you a the first word and the last word and you have to try to connect them with about five other words. You get to reveal a letter at a time of the words between the two. It's kind of hard to explain. It's really not that hard.
