Iron deficient is a high probability. My last blood test showed I was a little bit, but the pharmacy only had 3 days worth of the prescription supplement the doctor gave me, and they still didn't have it, and then I keep forgetting to check if they have it.

It's not Americans per say, it's people in American horror movies and shows. Most real people have learned from the cautionary tales, and aren't quite that stupid. I hope.
