Who is your favorite poet?
My current favorites are Edgar Allan Poe and Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Poe has to be my all time favourite, but I love Robert Frost's work as well, and a bit of T. S. Eliot is always great. The Hollow Men is an amazing work by him. Into My Own is also great, that one is by Robert Frost. I can honestly recite my favourite poems by memory because I'm a nerd hehe.

Possibly William Carlos Williams. I just love how pointless his poems can be. Like "This is just to say", which is hilarious.

No one can keep my attention like Poe can. No one.
Sylvia Plath is pretty close to being a favorite.
I have a book by Robert Frost that I've read to the point of falling apart.
Besides those three I don't really enjoy one person's collection of work.
There are obviously many a poem that I love but I can't for certain say
that I love the author themselves.

I really love Borges (Argentinian writer). He did more than poems, sure xD and I love everything he wrote, including his poems.
Strictly poetry... maybe Homer, ehehe.
