Yes it does. :] All you have to do is donate once. Not even a huge amount. Just one time and you get access to the dream avatar creator. You also get this nifty badge by your gold that says "I love mene"

I think i donated 5 dollars for my first donation and got it (cause i also wanted the CIs out at the time)

well of course. xD the donation gives you mennies and than you can use those on whatever CIs you want to use them on. and access to the DAC is the thank you for becoming a donator.

Toss it in the city suggestions thread. I'm not sure the exact number of NPCs off the top of my head but there's alot. And we do have a bunch of items for various ones. Like Vicky wedding hair, lises hair as licorice

Laundry heist EI has lots of the NPC stuff as well and then we have traitors of yumeh / peeblo and the ears/tail of yumeh and the one with peeblo tail mohawk eyes etc

hmm thats what I thought ^^'' I know we had few items which represent some of NPC items
