I know he's planning on making a lot of changes while people are gone for Christmas break. Like, I think he's going ot replace some of our appliances. He might be planning on doing something about the basement then, but who knows. <<,,

That's one of the reasons we moved. We were only permitted to use one room of the basement were the laundry hookups were. The landlord had junk stored in all the other areas.

That sounds unsanitary. Dx He should have had things nice, clean, and clear of clutter.

You have no idea how bad it was there. They had coin operated washers and dryers, furniture, trash, an old cabinet that was supposed to be antique but it got ruined when the place leaked. The basement was also a garage at one time. It had these huge storm drains that backed up and smelled like an old sewer. It was awful.

I hope he gets the basement cleaned up still. Messy places fail *looks around house* I swear it isn't really THAT bad. It's all toys i swear! D: lol

Roo- it is a good thing you moved still. though, storm drains backing up...shouldn't that be taken care of by the city/state? I thought those were placed and regulated by government things?

Wow, thank you guys so much for bumping my thread while I was gone! I really appreciate it. :D

There's still a lot of work before the semester is over, but I think the worst is over.

Though...I still don't really get one of my papers.

<3 you're welcome!
He should help you understand the paper better. If he doesn't he fails at being a teacher >.<

Well, I'm not sure it'd be his fault...he's already explained the assignment a few times. I think I'm just dense when it comes to history papers. D:

Thanks, Kitti! Good luck with German. :)

I had teachers that would explain what they wanted using words that no one knew. and so we were all lost ^^;; It happens sometimes In any case, as a teacher, he should have no problem explaining it to you again. <3 maybe take notes when he does? to refer back to while writing the paper to make sure you are still going in the right direction?

You're welcome for keeping the thread up. ^-^ I've had people do it for me when I was gone for a few days, so I know how nice it is.

I had a paper like that very early this semester, where I just had no idea what I was supposed to write about, and then we had to read them outloud in class and, judging from everyone's papers, I think that most of the people had no idea what we were supposed to be doing.

Well, the thing is, we just turned in rough drafts...I got the impression that a few people had trouble with research, but everyone knew what they were doing.

My problem is mostly that he told us to make it interesting. XD;;; And well, I have no idea if I managed to do that. I didn't even reach the page requirement on the first draft. x.x

Gold, silver and blue. Those are my favourite colours. I dress my avatars in those colours in every avatar site I'm in. Other than that, I have nothing serious to say, other than "Good Luck".

I wouldn't worry too much about the page requirement at this point. It's only a rough draft, and so there will be time to edit more things in and some things out and add quotes etc etc etc <3 You'll get there. And hopefully you managed to make it interesting!
