My favorite movie is absolutely Labyrinth. I honesly know the entire dialogue by heart, I've seen it so many times! lol That movie is the reason I 'fell in love' with David Bowie also. I used to have three copies of it at once. The first was a VHS taped off of the Disney Channel, where I first saw it YEARS and years ago. The second was the released VHS copy. Then I of course had to buy a DVD when it came out. <3

As for my favorite show, I definitely have a few though I don't keep up with them like I should. My Number ONE favorite is Stargate SG-1. I was so sad when they finally ended the series at season 10, but at least they had a great run! The number TWO, with just as much love, is Heroes. I used to be a big X-Men fan when I was a kid and have always loved the idea of humans evolving slowly into powerful beings so Heroes definitely remind me of that love. <3 The next one I love but I'm not sure if it's my number THREE or not. Dexter, from Showtime. The serial killer of serial killers. The show is so hillarious and suspenseful! Thank goodness for Showtime. <3

TV shows: Supernatural, Heroes, Chuck, Criminal Minds, CSI, House, Bones, NCIS, Numbers, Northern Exposure, Scrubs, Eureka, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Without a Trace, and Law & Order (how about we just say all of them?).

Movies: ... Too many to mention. My Film Studies II teacher made us make a list of 50 of our favorite movies and I was about to kill him for it. I have an eclectic taste in movies.

The best film ever, in my opinion, is Grease. It may be cheesy but I love it! <3

My fave telly shows include the Bill, A Touch of Frost, Life on Mars, The Professionals, Columbo, Midsomer Murders... basically anything involving detectives. :)

I'm not a huge TV person. Yeah, scoff all you want, but it's true. I honestly am the sort of nerd who would much prefer a good book to most TV shows.
I am partial to Doctor Who, Torchwood, House, Monk, Psych, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, the Avatar and South Park, though :D
As for movies, I love too many to count. I'll watch anything with a decent plot and good music. My mum taught me to love old movies, and my dad loves seeing new ones with me. As a result, I have a pretty odd and wide variety of movies on my Christmas list right now...including a box set of the Thin Man movies, the Dead Poet's Society, Team America: World Police, and De-Lovely.

I really only watch The Colbert Report and Scrubs. Considering that the TCR writers are still on strike, and that Scrubs is in its final season, my television repertoire is a little small. XDD

My favorite show HAS to be Passions! I love it. Other than that I am not a hugh TV person. As for movies there are quite a few. I like alot of Asian movies. (and shows for that matter...the ones I understand anyway) I really like *The eye* and *The eye 2* . They have made a Hollywood version and that is going to come out sometime at the start of next year. I really hope that didnt mess it all up. Hollywood seems to mess up alot of good films. :(

My favorite TV shows are Family Guy, Futurama, The Simpsons, and Arthur(Yes, the kid's show.)
The first three are just hilarious. :). They're one of the few things on TV that can make me laugh. The sitcoms that most people say are funny can't. Plus, the small little plots in those shows are also usually amusing, o at least interesting, if it's an episode of those shows that's not supposed to be funny.
As for Arthur.. most of you will probably just tell me that it's a kid's show, and I shouldn't be watching it in the first place. I don't really care about the age group its made for. I love that show. Even though it's a kid's show, the characters, and stories are very realistic, and are like people or events that could exist or happen in the real world. I also like how the writers focus on every character, at one point in time or another. Even characters who are supposedly 'bad' get their own episodes, and character development.(Much like in "The Simpsons".
As for movies, I'd have to say my favorites are Labyrinth, The Phantom of the Opera, Howl's Moving Castle, the Harry Potter movies, and Hairspray.
Labyrinth was a very imaginative film, and it was highly entertaining. I loved the character's little quirks, and how they manage to make the characters interesting in the short time span the movie had. The Phantom of the Opera was a beautiful, well acted movie... but it wasn't the musical. I liked the girl they had as Carlotta, and Christine, but I hated who they picked for the Phantom. He sang far too aggressively for the role. He's not supposed to be an aggressive character(at least, to Christine.), and they had him treating Christine as he treats everyone else. I'm also almost positive that the movie's missing some songs, but what was there was great. :). Howl's Moving Castle was just a really good movie. I don't have any particular reason for it. :). As for the Harry Potter films.. once again, I have no reason. I'm a fan of the books, and I love seeing the characters portrayed on the big screen. :).
As for Hairspray.. I happened to catch it on ABC Family(the original) when I was on vacation, and found it to be an amusing, fun movie with a good moral in it.

My favourite show is Crossing Jordan and Law and Order. I love crime dramas and Crossing Jordan was just such a fun show to get into because they really worked with character development. It's such a shame it was randomly cancelled last year. If they had had just ONE more season to close everything and make it end it would have been great - but they ended it randomly and everything was left untied together and I was so mad D: Of course they cancel one of the best shows out there T.T
and I love law and order - my stepdad and I watch it together all the time when we have the chance :D We get really into it togehter lol

I don't really have a favourite movie though - I can't pick. There are movies that I love because of certain things and other parts I don't like. So it's very hard for me to pick. But I'll list a few movies that I love: Lord of the Rings (Jackson did a great take on the books - even though it was different in some parts - it was still as thrilling), The Last Samurai, The Lion King, Mulan, Disney's Robin Hood, Space Balls, Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail, Analyze This and Analyze that, My Cousin Vinny, and more.

I'd have to say my favorite tv show of all time would have to be Arrested Development. That show was so funny, it was unfortunate that it never took off like it should have because it really was a gem. I also enjoy Family Guy, American Dad, the Venture Brothers, Heroes, My Name's Earl, Weeds, and the Tudors.

I can't say I'm too big a fan of hospital and cop dramas. I also have something against soap operas but thats something you either like or not.

Hmmm..

My favourite shows are Friends, W.I.T.C.H, Winx, Curb Your Enthusiasm (So funny! XD), Creature Comforts, Sailor Moon, Death Note, I always liked that snowman thing they show around this time of year with the 'walking in the air' song. That little kid's voice makes me giggle. Hmm.. what else.. Most Haunted! And Blackadder, QI is a must too. I like most of the programs on the UKTV History, especially the ones about ancient Egypt because I'm into their culture.

Films I like include: Peter Pan (2004), Van Helsing, LOTR (Two Towers was my fave), The Little Mermaid, Phantom of the Opera, Grease, Bugsy Malone, High School Musical.. and thats about it. ^^!

As far as movies go, Im not quite sure what my favorite would be. Its probably a toss up between the lord of the rings trilogy and the the original star wars trilogy. I'm too big a fan of the fantasy/sci-fi genre, and both movies are the epitome of it. I guess when i really boil it down, it would have to be the lord of the rings movies, and probably from those, the Two Towers. Although I really enjoyed the first one a lot, the 2nd had everything that I could possibly want to see in it. I guess I'll go w/ that, the Two Towers as my favorite.

I've never really had a favorite TV show before because I didn't watch that much TV. I still don't watch that much TV, but my friend showed me Supernatural the other day.

I'm in love with it.

Which is saying something because I can't stand scary shows. Scary, jumpy, creepy things are very bad for my and the person's arm that I clutch while watching health. I stay away from scary movies for a good reason.

But Supernatural is awesome. And has Sammy. xD And I will thusly brave my fear of scary, jumpy shows and actually watch in the middle of the night and alone for that is how far my obsession goes. xD

As for favorite movies, I don't really have one. I have a few, such as: Howl's Moving Castle, FFVII Advent Children, Moonchild, Hitch, and Totoro,. There's plenty more, I just forgot all of them. And yes, I like foreign stuff. I like korean dramas too. ^^ ...but only the funny, stupid ones. The sad ones are always so long and so sad. I can't stand watching those. They remind me of American soaps. xD
