Long ago when people believed in fairy tales and mythis creatures there thrived packs of shape shifters, one of the best known ones was the foxes and wolves in Darkwood, but humans didn't understand, so they drove them off killing many of them. For years they lived in the forests and hills before moving back down to the town again making a new pack and new life for themselves, one problem remained, a king and queen of both packs needed to be choosen, and the only way to decide was to choose the strongest in a fight, of couse when the male one he would choose a female to be his mate, but it didn't stop there, if he didn't catch her in a race to the river. But with all the arguing going on no one has been chosen, yet. In about a week another challenge will take place. But until then the pack will meet up once a week to hunt together and maybe find a mate while hunting with one another. While all these things take place the wolves of a pack near by are planning on trying to take over the foxes teritory unless the foxes fight them off or find a different solution to this problem. Many of the younger foxes and wolves go to school like normal people which cause alot of problems but are told to never change infront of a human remembering what happened long ago.

Bio: She is the orphan of the pack her parents having been caught by humans during a change. She slinks in and out of the pack. Living both with the humans and the pack. She has no clue when she will be forced to stop or if she will be with the new leaders.
Personality: She is quite curious and mischevious which is why she spends so much time with the humans. She likes testing them. Her safe haven is as someones pet wit the humans, she goes to a high school where she learns quite a bit causing trouble here and there.

The fox kit stirred as an alarm clock went of. Yawning and streching streching and retracting her claws into the blanket. She stretched some more as she stood up and padded to the end of the bed. Hoping down she padded down the hall noseing the door open. She walked down the hall and turned on the dryer. Then she padded quickly back to the room where the alarm clock was still going off. The fox kit yipped loudly stirring the sleeping boy in the room. "Five more minutes." the boy groaned rolling over. The fox whinned and hopped back onto the bed and pounced on the boy's back yipping again. "alright, alright i'm up kit, i'm up."

-Bio:When Tera was young there were very few pups in the pack and she managed to get close to only one. She then had to leave her best friend, Raven, when theirs fathers had fought to decide pack leader. Tera's father came out on the bottom and they left in shame to find another home. To remember her childhood friend she wears a feather that matches Raven's coat in wolf form. On their path to finding a new home her father became rather insane with the thoughts of his loss. He took out his rage on her resulting in the scar that runs from her left cheek to just above her collar bone. After the attack She knew there was no way that she could be safe where she was and then struck out on her own.
-Personality:Tera is the kind of girl that would much rather live in the fantasy that she has created in her mind than the reality that seems to never want to go right around her. Bad luck seems to follow her wherever she goes and though she tries her hardest to keep a bright outlook for the horizon but she is often pessimistic. When she dislikes something/one she always tries to be nice but often every word from her mouth is dripping with sarcasm. When hurt she will always hold things in. Whether emotionally of physically she will show only what leaks through the wall she forms around herself in those situations.

Bio: Ivy grew up under the eye of her aunt, who was a surviver of a cull some years ago. While she doesn't try and forget what she really is, she much prefers living in human form. That is, when all is going her way in life. She tends to have prolonged periods of absence from this double life though. She spends this time as a wolf, in the woods nearby their new home.
Her family adopted the name of Tenora some generations ago, for practicalities sake.
Personality: While she tries to be as open and welcoming as possible, she is a very judgemental person, and these judgements stay with her. This means she seldom makes any real friends.
Outwardly appearing quite reserved, people would not be far wrong in thinking this.
Ivy is a bookworm by anybodys standards, and enjoys school, and the company of other animals.

He did attend school, and now works as a substitue teacher at Ivy's school.
Personality: He fears of what might become of people if they know the real him, and like his sister, has even fewer friends. He doesn't mind though, and would rather live alone.
Despite his reclusiveness, he likes the company of others, and is very good at being a human. Something which plagues him into his odd persona.

The boy wandered around the kitchen now dressed and ready for the day. He was currently fixing breakfast for him and the little fox who was not being so helpful on the counter. "Come on girl, stop." the boy said pushing the kits nose away from the pan. Once done he served the breakfast and ate. Washing the dishes he grabbed his bag and walked towards the door. The fox kit followed him quickly and out the door. The boy walked towards his school but the fox kit stopped at the corner. "Bye kit." the boy said. The fox kit yipped then disappeared around the corner the boy not finding this odd kept walking.
"Luke!!!" came the yell of a girl as the boy was suddenly jumped on.
"Kreana! Don't do that!" luke breathed as the girl appeared infront of him. She just smilled brightly.

The suns rays streamed in through the large bay window, unhindered by curtains. It fell upon a girl who lay on a bed. 'Girl' was perhaps the wrong describing factor to use, for it was a wolf that lay curled there.
She peered out of an opened eye at the new day, and gave a canine strech.
After a few minutes the wolf slank of the bed and gave a shake of her snowy white pelt.

Half an hour later a medium built teenager with long browny coloured hair, skipped out of the room, and down the stairs, into the kitchen. It was desserted save for a bottle of milk and some cereal.
She didn't think anyting of the lack of people. Hers was not a traditional family. They only masqueraded as one, and it was no oddity for the house to be empty.

After breakfast was polish off, she strode over to the fridge and glanced at her time table.
'Biology, History and Environmental Studies...'
Her books were already at school, so it would be a light trip this morning.
She picked up a satin bow, which was part of their uniform, and fastened it around her collar.
"All set then."
Scribbling out a note on a post-it on the breakfast bar, she wrote to her abscent aunty.
'Gone to school, see you later'

A golden orange wolf laid under the shelter of a large oak that was in the back yard of the home she shared with the rest of her pack. She didn't mean to fall asleep in the yard but it was something that felt natural. The grasses mingling with her fur; the smells and sounds of the nature that surrounded her was something that she knew she would never be able to leave behind. She was wolf, if only in part, and it was something she couldn't ignore.

An eye peeked from under the lid that had been closed until that moment. She heard as the young ones left for school and she was glad it was something that she had finally completed. There was always a possibility of going back for higher education but the restriction of it all was something that the wild edge of her being just hated. She admired Willow for doing it but living among the human world was something that she really would rather not do.

Tera stood and walked toward the back door that had a rather large dog door. It was almost humiliating but it helped keep the disguise that they were an odd little family that kept to themselves and bred part wolves and foxes. It brought the odd people that were looking for the exotic canines but for the most part it worked.

Lina walked to school books in her hands. She went quitely and hoped not to get into any trubble. She wasn't like the rest of her friends and never will be.

Ivy followed the meandering dusty footpath, that lead from her home, out towards the main road. Not that it was very busy.
Something caught her attention, or rather she felt the atmosphere change a little. Looking behind her she could see two wolves. One of them a tawny chestnut colour, the other, fixing her with a pentetrating, but not unkind stare, was white like herself.
She made a flimsy wave at them, then with long strides ran off towards town.

She noticed a few other people, on their way to school. None of them she could put a name to. Breath was just comming back to her now. She had found other people thought it was amazing how far she could run before tiring. She sighed.

Lina walked up the steps and into the school and headed to her History class. She was the first to enter th room.

LordEsedes you can go to photobucket.com upload some photo and they will give you a bbcode to put into post. that's how i did it, i would make an account though. make everything easier.

Tera padded through the kitchen and grabbed a rope the was wrapped around the refrigerator handle to open it. She stared into the frig and found nothing that interested her wolf stomach for the moment. She pushed the door closed with her muzzle and jumped up the stairs to her bedroom to change.

'Beep' 'beep' beep' 'beep'
Picking the alarm clock up lani throughs it against the wall and falls back asleep. Hours later she wakes up walking into the kitchen she opens the refridgerator. She then leans on the counter and looks at the clock behind her. "Oh No" Leaving her drink forgotten she runs into her room and quickly picks up some clothes. She goes into the bathroom and turns on the shower."Hopefully I can make it to 4th period" 15 minutes later she jumps out of the shower and puts on her clothes. She brushes her teeth and makes sure her hair looks decent. "Gotta Go" Running the kitchen, backpack in hand, she goes over to her earlier fruit picks it up and goes out the door." Bye mom and dad" No one answers because she is the only one who lives there. Using her speed she is able to make it to school in only half the time. Not feeling like going to her locker and wasting time she heads straight for her 4th period."Spanish" Opaning the door all eyes focus on her."sorry" Once she said this she walks to her seat and takes out her homework. She hopes the rest of the day isn't this bad when she goes to get her other work.Man this was her bad day.
