Rene's phone began to ring with a custom ring tone he had ripped from the Flashbulb. He sat his DS down without pausing the game and answered the phone. "Hello? Oh hey Moira, how goes it?"

"Fantastic, thanks for asking, you enjoying our time off?"

"Yeah, me too, are you doing anything tonight?"

"Ha, I laugh at your invitation, I'm only kidding, sure I'll come."

"So you'll just come upstairs when you're ready to roll out?"

"Qaulity. If you're not doing much before, you can come up early if you want and we can start drinking early."

"Alright, Ill see you later, bye." He hung the phone up and replaced it in his pocket. He then picked up his DS and started a new game.

((S'okay, I haven't been on in forever. Finals. ugh.))

Ehme looked into the pale blue pixelated mess of a blog site. The site consisted of some graphics she designed on paper and had her roommate put them on the computer, Photos of her art, and some videos of drawing sessions. It also featured some Q and A about life in general.
Right about now she would regularly check the fan mail for questions that she could think over for half the evening and write about tomarrow right before the process started over again.

Midst the thinking process she was shaken back by the aroma of soup and fragrant tea. Alex was posing a question from behind her aqua screen.
"Just a website. I put my art up to show people what I do. Its not much. I just want to bring art to everyone." Her stamering on brought about a reminder.

"Hey Alex, when do you get off? There's a fireworks thing down at ze park."

Alex scanned the room for waiting customers, then directed her gaze towards the window through the door leading to the kitchens. Gusteau wasn't watching, she could procrastinate all she liked.
A pale, delicate blue was background to numerous photos and videos of Ehme's creations, with a few text boxes scattered around. AJ found herself clicking distractedly on the videos and watching them in mute.,marvelling at the skill which which Ehme painted, drew and generally created.

She was immersed in a video in which the art student was painting in watercolour, when the french accent distracted her and she realised how rude she must seem, prying into Ehme's work.
Alex looked up and nodded, thinking for a few moments before replying.
"I can probably make it, I get off at 7" The waitress sighed lightly before continuing "I heard about that actually, can I bring a friend along?"
To be fair, she had had plans already, but she was sure that Jay wouldn't mind skipping the pub to go straight to the fireworks.
"I could probably make it around...8?" She offered.

Ehme was picturing and planning out the night, Kate would run off with Sam and all her other university dogs to go bar jumping. She could finally get aqquainted with something other than her history essay looming in the back of her mind.
She focused back on Alex, and burned the image of her into her thoughts. The only way to find people in a crowd was to actually know what they look like or how they move. An aroma of lemony chicken and spices had found her nose and brought her to the attention of the soup.
"Sure, a friend would be cool. Thanks for the soup, it looks fantastic." Her stomach gurgled at the thought of reall food. Durning Midterms her chances of eating, with the exception of coffee, or sleeping were minimal to none.

Ehme dove into the hot vegtables and rice, and it was like she would never be happier.
