Sanoko wrote that down and then looked up. She thought for a few seconds she has heard of a few and it really was only a few the person telling her these things to get her ready for her classes here didn't know a lot themselves. She raised her hand slightly and the quickly put it down. She thought for a few more seconds and then raised it again.

The first hand that caught his attention was Sanoko's. Until she brought it down. He was a little disappointed until it went back up again. He brought a hand to his mouth, trying to hid an amused smile. He wasn't that intimidating, was he?
"Ah, yes, Sanoko? You have an idea perhaps?"

"Yes... one of them is Sigmund Freud." she said. She didn't really know if it was right, but if it was right she would feel really happy about remembering something like that.

"Very good," he nodded in praise before turning back to the board, quickly writing names and dates. "Freud is certainly the most well known but he was no where near the first. Actually, we can trace psychology back as early as the 1600s..."
Brian continued on about the origin of psychology, mentioned some famous psychologist, and discussed the different types of psychology, etc. He would glance back at the class from time to time as he wrote, curious to know if anyone was actually paying attention. It was a lot to take in for the first day of class.

Sanoko smiled slightly when she heard it was right. She then began writing the notes that he put up on the bored again. She wrote down everything and didn't shorten it for one reason she didn't really know how. She laid down her pencil for a few seconds her hand was hurting some, she wasn't really used to holding a pencil this long she pretty much has been holding it ever since she got in class. She then picked it up and began writing again.

((Er, I know it's kinda boring, but I don't know what else to to besides continue the class. I don't want to end it before Taylor Aymie get to their class))

I just want something to do so I'm fine with continuing class until they get to theirs doesn't bother me at all. ))

Aymie laughed at his ridiculous excuse. "Yeah, I've got speech." she said, pushing open the right door. "And here we are!" Though she was glad they had made it, she was also embarrassed. Nothing like this had ever happened to her before.

Taylor gave a sigh before Aymie had opened the door. Late for his own class on the very first day? Good grief. Clearing his throat and adjusting his tie, he quickly entered the already full classroom. "Ah! You must excuse my tardiness," he laughed nervously, scratching the back of his head. "There was a minor, um, incident involving rabid mongooses, but I won't bore you with the details!" he babbled on as if it were completely normal. "Let's just try to keep this to ourselves, alright?"

After some time of writing, Brian finally put down his chalk, brushing off his hands before turning to his class. "I know this seems like a lot for the first day of class, but it's important to learn the basics before we continue on. But to give your hands a break, I have a short movie on the nervous system we will watch for the remainder of the class," he announced while turning on the DVD player, connected to a TV he had brought out to the front, center of the room. As the movie began, he flipped off the lights and pulled up a seat by the front row so he would be able to watch it as well. Noticing that he was sitting closest to Sanoko, he leaned over slightly. "So, how am I doing on my first day as a teacher?" he asked her quietly. Yes, even someone as confident as Brian had his doubts every once in awhile.

Aymie smiled then nodded and headed over to take a seat. The whole class seemed to be watching her. Just as she was sitting down in the only empty seat left, which of course was front row, dead center, she realized how bad this must look to everyone.
"Im my mom ever finds out about this incident..." she mumbled to herself, putting her head in her hands.

Sanoko wrote down the rest of the notes that was put on the bored. She laid down her pencil when she was done seeing as how they wouldn't be writing for the rest of class. She watched the short movie that was in. She looked over at the teacher when he asked her a question noticing he was close to her. "Pretty good." she whispered with a small smile. She then closed her notebook and put up her pencil and turned her attention back to the short movie. "Well actually you did great. The person who taught me before I came here wasn't that good." she whispered again while looking back at him.

Brian gave a small smile, but wondered if she was just trying to be nice. After the movie ended, Brain stood up and flicked the lights on. "Alright, I think that's it for the day. Class dismissed," he announced, pushing up his glasses slightly

Taylor babbled on for the remainder of the class about the importance of public speaking and how to give a good speech. He glanced down at his watch after some time. Class was almost over. "Alright everyone, we're just about out of time. For your homework, I want you to bring in your favorite childhood story and we'll be reading them in our next class. This may seem silly, but trust me. It's a good way to practice your speech," he assured with a confident nod.

((My speech teacher really made our class do that. It was lots of fun))

Sanoko watched the rest of the movie. When it was over she looked down at her stuff until class was announced over. She picked up her notebooks and sketchbook and pouch of pencils. She stood up and walked out of class.

Aymie sighed as she got up and headed out of class. She checked her schedule quickly then headed off to her next class, trying not to think of what had happened earlier. Well, nothing happened really,she told herself, but what will everyone else think?

After the students had left, Taylor sat at his desk and gave a stretch. "At least I have some time to myself until my next class shows up," he mused happily with a short yawn. A knock at the door, Taylor turned to see Brian in the doorway with a look of annoyance. What else was new?

"Why are there students in the hallways talking about a rabid mongoose?" Brian questioned with a cocked brow.

"Ah....No idea, Brian," he lied. "Kids talk about weird stuff all the time," Taylor added, waving him off.

Brian gave his friend a warning glance as to say I'm watching you before he headed back to his own class. Taylor gave a sigh of relief.

Sanoko looked down at her stuff as she walked to her next class. She had her sketchbook on top with it opened. She was looking at one of her best drawings; it was a lake in the forest with some sunlight shining through and the drawing behind it was of her parents how she remembered them. She made it to her next class and took a seat in the place she had in her first one.

Aymie sighed as she headed for her next class. She already missed home slightly. This was the first time she'd been away for more than just a few days. Why though? Why send me away like this?she wondered. Once in the class room, she immediately headed for the back, not wanting another front seat.
