Safia woke up the next day to a new question. Did she have any regrets? What kind of question was this. It would be either yes or no. So she tried what made more sense. Yes. Of course she did she in recent days had realized how much she hated being a vampire. But to her utter suprise the lock opened. So slowly so suspensefully she opened the door, trying as much as possible to make whatever was inside worht while. The door pursed open and revealed.....nothing. All that work for nothing. She walked around searching for any secret doors but none. She had gone through all that to find what a few brain teasers and a..... she looked down at the floor. There lay a blood red diamond. She picked it up and put it in her pocket. Whatever was supposed to be in here it definantly was not this.

Caleb sighed,
"well that was anti-climactic."
He brushed a few strands of hair out of his face,
"oh well. Time for our next date."

The school holiday had started, now was the time. Caleb found her walking down a corridor in Bloody misery, she stopped as soon as she heard his footsteps. Caleb walked out of the darkness and stopped in front of her.
"Hello my sweet..."
Safia's attacks lashed out with the speed of a viper, but Caleb dodged gracefully, moving only as much as he needed to in order to dodge the blows. Suddenly he was behind her again, his arms snaked under hers and put her in a headlock, effectively immobilising her.
"Enough play, I will be waiting for you in the off-limits sector of sky tech academy... there's something you should see..."
suddenly the arms that had been holding her dissapeared leaving Safia alone in the dark corridor.

(If you think Safia would have reacted differently tell me and I'll edit it... I basically had to guess.)

safia stood in her position. She had tried her best to defeat the man or whatever he was but he always seemed to be following her. Is he following me. did he see when I picked up the diamond. Remembering the precious stone she had found her mind returned to what the creature had said. she knew were the off limits sector of Sky Tech was.Of course she knew. she spent the first days at Sky Tech roaming the grounds. She had gotten lost several times but along the way she had found out where the off limits ector was. But should she go?

Caleb walked silently into the Headmistress's office, his long black hair glistening in the twilight dully streaming through the headmistress's ever open windows. He held a leather bound book in his hand, the kind used mainly for the cataloguing of information and it was very old judging by the musty smell that wafted off it's yellowing pages. As Caleb approached the Headmistress's desk he slammed the heavy book in front of her and smiled venomously,
"Hello again Headmistress..."
The headmistress jerked awake at the hollow bang of the book hitting her desk, she had drifted off to sleep in her chair while she was making the planners for the next few months of classes,
"Oh hello Caleb... Why do you call on me so late, wait... w-what is that?"
Caleb's venomous smile warped into that of a deranged psychopath surveying his next victim,
"OH, it's nothing really, just the files the vampires kept about how you scrapped project Crusnik a few weeks after I was taken. The funny thing is that you really had me going with your whole innocent routine, I fell for it hook-line-and-sinker, But the whole while you knew exactly what happened to my brothers and sisters, didn't you?"
His tone was growing increasingly maniacal, causing it to shoot up a couple of octaves. His eyes began to burn a deep menacing red, and tears of blood began to stream down his face. The Headmistress's eye's widened in shock,
"N-no Caleb, I swear it's not what you think! I can explain!"
Caleb's face, which had been distorted with raw emotion suddenly smoothed, becoming as emotionless as stone, though tears of deep red blood continued to flow freely from his icy eyes.
"Your excuses fall upon deaf ears I'm afraid, Say hello to my family on the other side... tell them I'll be joining them soon..."
The headmistress suddenly became frantic seeing the end of her life drawing ever nearer,
"No, Caleb please! you cant do this! please I--"
Caleb raised his right hand above his head and swung it downward in a diagonal arc. For a moment it seemed as if nothing had happened and the Headmistress was almost relieved, thinking Caleb had decided to spare her life at the last minute, Until she saw the long, thin, red blade extending from the center of his palm. A thick red liquid was dripping from it, Blood, Her blood. She stared at Caleb with shocked, scared eyes, her mouth agape in a silent scream as the top portion of her body slid sideways and landed with a dull thump on the carpet. Caleb surveyed her with an expressionless face, and dull glassy eyes. The eyes of one already dead.

(OOC: Sorry but Caleb's going to go a little EMO in a bit. ^.^')

Safia sneaked out Bloody Misery's doors to the school ground and began to walk down to Sky Tech. It was extremely unusaul. Sky Tech seemed so happy and full even considering all the deaths that happend. Trying to hide the truth from somone she thought. But Bloody Misery it was more of Bloody Mystery. She practically glided through the grounds. She wandered if the jewel she obtained could destroy him. Maybe it would make him do whatever she said. It was a bit silly guessing all these things about a stone. But she knew it was a special stone verytime she looked into it she saw the eyes. The eyes of someone longe dead and miserable. They were eyes that would unleash something. As she thought and walked she reached Sky Tech's secret window. She took in a deep breath of air and slipped inside...

Caleb sat in an uncomfortable metal chair, the kind you only ever find in doctors offices or labs. He looked up when he heard the rustling of safia's clothes as she entered the room. Caleb Stood, his wings folded behind him, and faced Safia. The room was covered in dust for it hadn't been used for many years, the many strange machines and devices that had been frequently used so long a go were naught but spider's nests now, all except for a tube, exactly like the one Caleb had first emerged from. He had meticulously cleaned it until it shined like new, it's various lights and readouts waiting to be activated so they could serve their purpose.Caleb saw safia's puzzled, yet curiouse glance at the tube and decided to explain,
"At the dawn of this last century, when humans first started colonizing other planets, an excavation on the surcace of mars unearthed a strnge artifact. Contained in this artifact was a liquid metal that upon inspection was thousands upon thousands of nanomachines, the like of which had never been dreamed of. At that time, my family was in an orphange, we were very lucky to have been able to stay together, or so we thought. It was found that our genetic makeup was perfect for experiments using this new nanotechnology. Me, my three brothers and two sisters were all taken to this academy and placed in tubes such as these. I've recently found out that I was the only survivor of this experiment. The Project was shut down prematurely due to funding issues. You have seen what I am capable of have you not? If a human was given these amazing abilities, imagine what you might become."
Caleb pulled a dagger out of the folds of his clothing and held it out hilt first to safia.
"Now, Take your revenge and drink of my blood, do not waste a drop for every one is precious. The choice is yours..."
(what did I say ^.^... EMO)

Safia stared at the hilt of the dagger and what this man had said. he wanted her to become what she was. This was strange but she was definantly not going to drink his blood hungry or not. " I won't do it. You are stupid I don't care if you were an orphan I don't care if you are made of shit. You won't make me do it and besides a better thing to do would be to find out how to turn you back to yo......" Safia stopped in her tracks. Maybe she thought the diamond would solve all these problems. she lookedat the man. " Listen I think I know how to help you look she said, " she said as she took out the red diamond ," Maybe this will help I mena look inside." Another eye had appeared this one golden and brown. " I found it in a secret vault." safia stopped herself she had talked too much.

(=.= I was trying to end it.... crap. now he has to kill himself.)

Caleb stared at Safia with cold, dead eyes.

"Apparently, you have a listening problem. I have nothing left to live for, so I ofrfered you the gift of my life and the unfathomable power that comes with it. It's a pity you refused, because now we will both die here..."
Caleb placed the dagger against the side of his neck and sliced deep, repeating the motion to the other side of his neck, blood began to flow in torrents down his body pooling on the floor below him. The pool of blood bagan to flow towards safia.
"My blood can smell you, and it hungers. It will devour you whole."
As more and more blood drained from him, his body began to lose color, starting at the tips of his wings.
"See you on the other side..."
The blood flow stopped, leaving a grey statue where Caleb had stood. The massive pool of blood had almost surrounded safia, time was running out.

Safia did not know what to do for a split second. She ran faster and faster still but the blood followed. In the end she decided she would just surrender. The blood raced closer and closer and it touched her feet, it rose to her ankles, her knees her waist...her throat. And nothing. That diamond shown brightly and somehow saved her. It fell to the floor and a booming voice roared:

How dare you still that vault you are disgrace to Vampire Scoiety now when we really need it it will be entirely your fault that we die. If you but another finger into strict buissness we will cut you into pieces and burn you alive.

The stone broke into a million pieces and that crazy creature of whatever it was lay on the floor.

OOC: Did it end? I wanted it to go on.

(eh... it had a good run. sometimes you just have to know when to end something. TV series apparently have no grasp of this concept and go on FOREVER.
you should probably edit the title and say closed or finished or something.)
