Tokyo Crazy Paradise is by Nakamura Yoshiki.

:) Is one of my favorite manga series of all time!

It's a bit dated now, but the storyline is still nice.

For those of you who haven't heard of the manga, you may have heard of the mangaka's other work: Skip Beat.

I'm not sure why none of the publishing companies in NA have picked up TCP yet, but I'd sure love it if they did.

For more information on the series go to:

Anyone else here read/heard of it?

I read it all and I quite enjoy it ^^ Sometime the storyline was getting a bit too long but I liked the characters, especially the main one ^^ She was fun and so strong. I just found the art quite displeasing sometime, it changed a lot in one pages

Eventually, I'll get more Skip Beat too. Hehe, I can't help but like that manga, either.

Yeah, there were times when her artwork was really bad, and at other times it blew me away. (Her Durga art).

In both manga, the main characters are strong willed, not-so-bright, rather naive... yet with a thoughtless grace to them. *giggles*

Maybe I should have made the title of the thread Nakamura Yoshiki Works, instead. XD;

I read part of Tokyo Crazy Paradise. I really love Tsukasa. However, I still couldn't finish all of the chapters. It has too many chapters which is a turn off. I plan on finishing it one day though. Hopefully Tsukasa and Ryuji end up together.
