Well, I was going to enter Yumehayla's contest, but I couldn't write fast enough. I think it's a bit... mushy for my taste, but I sort of like it. It isn't finished yet, and here's all I have (sorry for it's shortness)... Should I go on?

They met at night, becoming one with the shadows, sweeping gray sea, and pure black sky. Their love was and could only be nothing more than a secret. It was a colorless movie, and the yellow half moon a lonely listener. But even as dull a scene as you might have beheld, secrets flashed behind the eyes of the two lovers - ones that even the moon had not found. Invisible, yet great, their love was more powerful than the universe’s eyes.

We stood unspoken in the silky moonlight, our words abandoning us. I understood the time we had lost was yet another small gap between us, but when you are on top of the world, time is nonexistent. All that mattered was the man whose heart beat in tune with mine, the one in my arms.
He whispered my name above the waves, soft and angelically -
“Vivare”
“Ayden. Please…” I pulled gently away. There were problems to be dealt with, and his touch was just enough to make me dizzy. I couldn’t possibly think at a time like this. He looked at me, hurt and disappointment showing in his stormy eyes.
“I can‘t stand it. This… this act! It isn‘t normal, Vivare. We don‘t have to do this anymore. You agreed last time that all we really needed was each other… We don’t need anyone - anything. Sometimes love isn’t enough. The world will tear us apart, and we can’t escape until we leave civilization itself. Come with me. Marry me.”
