They're pretty good. I think trying to shade would make it look much better. If you look around there are a ton of tutorials that are very helpful online. :3 Also if you don't know about it already there's an art program you can use online called Oekaki. There are tons of sites which have it as a feature but the main one is called Oekaki Central.

I'd suggest more efforts on detailing. Like the fishnet in the first picture, it's somewhat crudely done. Also, look into clothing folds, shading, wrinkles and such. Every artist can use more practice on these. But don't overdo it, it looks just as bad with wrinkly wrinkly clothing and over-shaded faces.
Your anatomy is good, as far as I'm competent to judge, and I think you could pick slightly less eye-killing colors for your backgrounds. It's only a personal preference, but I like the background to be in the background [OH LOL, BAD PUN :x ], and help bring out the main scene instead of being an equal part in the drawing.
You can take all advice and none at all, practice will make perfect. Who cares about anatomy and technique, if you gain no satisfaction from drawing.
Keep up the good work

They're okay. Shading would make them look much better, and adding more detail would help too. Try not to make them look so sketchy either. :)
