I'd suggest more efforts on detailing. Like the fishnet in the first picture, it's somewhat crudely done. Also, look into clothing folds, shading, wrinkles and such. Every artist can use more practice on these. But don't overdo it, it looks just as bad with wrinkly wrinkly clothing and over-shaded faces.
Your anatomy is good, as far as I'm competent to judge, and I think you could pick slightly less eye-killing colors for your backgrounds. It's only a personal preference, but I like the background to be in the background [OH LOL, BAD PUN :x ], and help bring out the main scene instead of being an equal part in the drawing.
You can take all advice and none at all, practice will make perfect. Who cares about anatomy and technique, if you gain no satisfaction from drawing.
