I don't do it. I have small breakfast, a sanwich for lunch (either turkey or roast beef. Did you know oscar mayer has the lowest sodium packaged lunch meat?), and then I will probably have chicken and some turnip greens for dinner. It depends on what my sister plans on cooking.

That sounds fairly yummy actually.

And I have healthy seasonings to replace salt :) I learned a lot from my visit to the dietitian.

What kind of spices?

I am also interested to know.

The grilled chicken one and the lemon pepper are yummy. I put them both in my chicken and broccoli stir fry last night.

They are part of the turnip though. The greens that are from the stem.

I find them delicious. Some people put bacon or ham pieces in there as well.
