I like baking cookies for Christmas. ^u^

Baking for any holiday is lovely, because you can make things really fancy and pretty, without anyone thinking you're showing off >.<

I like trying to make different sweeties, like fudge and toffee and things, but a lot of those need tricky stuff with thermometers and it can all go a bit wrong <.< >.> I really enjoy trying though, and when stuff comes out ok, putting it into pretty little bags with ribbons and everything and given them to my friends n_n

Heheh fancy and pretty is the norm at my home. I have awards for cooking and my BFF is a chef so we have frilly food a lot. >.<

I've made these cream cheese mints before that are delicious. It has been a good while, though, since you do a lot of mixing by hand and shaping with your fingers.
