Alex saw Harlie look at him then he relized he said the last part aloud, FUCK he thought

Harlie went to the counter "hey Alex there aren't that many people here so can you please make me some toast with peanut butter and honey" she thought that she should get a break from part running the place even though she seemed to be acting more like a waitress at the moment.

"Sure."Alex walked around and found the toaster throwing some bread in ti he grabbed the peanut butter and honey, when the toast popped it was golden brown, then he spread the peanut butter on both slices, pour a fair amount of honey on each he handed the plate to Harlie, "Glass of milk?" he asked with a smile

"yes please" she took the toast "thank you" she cut of the crust and tossed it out "white milk please" the cafe had both milk and chocolate milk so she figured she would clear that up.

Alex walked into the fridge and poured a glass of milk," Well Who drinks chocolate milk with honey?" he said handed her teh glass

Cosse came back about a half hour later tears streaming down her face. She walked over to a booth and sat down leaning her head back trying to stop crying but only causing more tears to come.

Harlie took the glass "I don't know who would" once she got to her table and sat down she saw cosse come in cryting she stood up and walked over to her "are you okay Cosse".

Alex walked over and sat down beside Cosse "Hey now it's my turn" he said with a small smile trying to lighten the mood

Harlie smiled "yeah I guess it is so how about I let you two talk" she stood up and went to her toast and put the two slices togeter abd bit into it then drank some of her milk still keeping an eye on Cosse.

Cosse smiled slightly through the tears. "You can try." She managed to say her voice cracking.

"Whats wrong then?" Alex asked placing a hand of her shoulder

"They kicked me out of my theater classes because one of the kids started a fight with me durring a break. I didn't even do anything! They started it but no I got kicked out and the worst part was that they got my part!" Cosse tears turned to anger. "I'm only aloud back in the school for english math and science classes untill I get into another school"

Balthazar had been in the back, and didnt even notice when cosse came in, he was helping cleaning out the fridge. Finally he walked out into the front again, then he saw cosse crying, practically dropping the plate he was carrying he ran up too her in th booth. "What happened?" he said looking at the others.

Cosse didn't go into detail but she looked at Balthazar sadly. "I got kicked out of my school and can only go to my english math and science classes till I find a new school."

"What?!?! Who, why?" he stammered "I cant believe they would do that!" Balthazar looked at her putting his arm around cosse hugging her tight.

Cosse started crying again but didn't pull away from him. "What am I going to do? Theater is my life, not that I'm going to live long...my parents are going to murder me."

"What?" that-s-s-s-s Crazy." Balthazar said looking at her. "Is there anything i.. i mean we can do?" Balthazar hugged cosse tight putting his face right next to hers.

Just then Alex's phone vibrated. He answered it "Hello, Oh Hi Mr. Jam-, what? she did no way?" His eyes got big "Oh you do, well here Mr. Jamison, I have a friend here you might want to talk to," He handed the phone to Cosse "It's for you" he said with a small smile, she took it, "Hello?" said the man on the other end of the phone.

Unhappily Cosse pulled away from Balthazar and took the phone from Alex. "Hello." Cosse said not knowing what to expect. She looked up at Balthzar and smiled slightly. If her cheeks hadn't been so red from crying she would have blushed.

"Um is this Alex's friend, Well if it is we just lost our lead female role in Into the Woods today, and I am looking for a replacement, would you mind coming over with Alex tomorrow and we can talk about you joining our cast" Asked Mr. Jamison over the phone, a hint of confusion and nervesness in his voice.

Alex mouthed the words "Part opening" to Balthazar who looked a little confused

Cosse was completely shocked it took her a bit to answer him. "I...umm....yes! I'll come over with Alex tomorrow." She grinned and looked at Alex very happy. "Good bye, and thank you Mr. Jamison." She said handing the phone back to Alex. "Thank you thank you thank you thank you!"

Balthazar smiled as alex mouthed to him, When cosse started saying thank you he grasped cosse hugging her from behind. Then he looked at Alex "Thank you" he mouthed, just before kissing cosse on the cheek. "There you go cosse!"

Alex nodded "Your Welcome, we are a bunch of High schoolers, but we got talent and from what you said so do you so you should fit right in" Alex smiled. He was glad to be able to help his new friend

"I hope so, and once a high school theater geek always a high school theater geek no matter how old you get. Anyway I'm only one year out of high school so it's not like I'm that much older then everyone." Cosse smiled at and turned her head slightly to look at Balthazar. She was suprised when he kissed her on the cheek. She had stopped crying and blushed slightly looking at him.

For some reason watchign Balthazar kiss Cosse hurt but he did not show it, he forced a smile and said "Well if everything goes right, you will be the next witch"
