I'm a little sad that all of the options in your poll have to do with art. I'm much more of a performing artist than a visual artist, hence have no graphics skillz :(

. . . Not necessarily. There's the design an avatar contest. As well as the design a profile contest. All you do for that one is use the profile settings on your account to make a profile. No graphic skills needed for either.

I'm not that great at putting avatars together... I never enter avatar contests... mine are usually 'okay' but never stunning or the embodiment of a theme... it's still the visual part of the brain. =/
