I smiled."but I would have",I said streahing a little. His jeep was very cozey. It was too bad Howl had been grounded, or I'ed invite him over for dinner.

I sighed, a little disappointed that I was already in her driveway. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow morning?"

I sighed looking to him. Also disapointed to be home already. Then looked to him."yeap see you tomorrow",I sad grinning happily and got out."have a good night howl",I said and made my way to the front door.

I smiled. "See ya. You have a good night too." I gave a little wave as she walked out before driving home to face my first night of grounding.

I sighed watching him go off. Then went inside, looking around my very empty house. "frozen diner again",I mutterd and wnt to change into my pajamas.

I got home and did my homework, glad that my dad was too busy with his painting to nag at me some more. I was trying to think of things to do tonight, but I had no idea.

I sighed as i finished my home work,and was now sitting in the kitchen stareing at the micowave as my food heated up.

As I picked at the pasta my dad cooked for dinner and ignored his rambling about how disappointed and angry he was about yesterday, I kept staring out the window. When nightfall came and he left me in the house alone with all the doors shut and locked, I just flopped down on the couch, staring out the window on the other side of the room.

When i had finished diner I looked outsdie. It was a nice clear night again. But I had nothing to do. Then I ooked to the beautiful moon in the sky."Howl, why did you have to get grounded",I mutterd softly.

I sighed heavily at what a nice night it was, then hopped off of the couch. I knew sneaking out would only get me into more trouble, but I couldn't stand being cooped up inside on such a nice night. I pawed the basement door open and went down, wading through all the junk we kept down here until I got to the cellar doors, throwing my scrawny body at them until I knocked off whatever I was holding them shut. I wiggled out and shook out my fur, proud. Making sure not to be seen by my father, I started heading to Yukina's house.

I sighed flickering threw he tv chanels.Board then stopped at a horor movie. I smiled some,emediately getting ito the movie.

I found her house after a bit, my paws getting a bit muddy again. I had heard my father not too far off, so I needed to hurry. I jumped up on her front door, scratching my claws on it loudly before I sat down and waited, butting my head against it a bit.

I let out a yelp hearing ascartch at the door,since i was so into the movie. With a sigh i walked over to my front door,slowly opening it shakeing some.Then looking down i spotted Howl and smiled."Howl1",I said happily and bending down i gave him a hug."Im glad your hear12",I said happily.still freaked out by the movie.

I couldn't help it as my tail wagged when she opened her door. I reached up with a paw to hug her back, licking her cheek. God knows I wouldn't get away with that in my human form.

I gave a giggel."what are you ding here ,I thoght you were grounded",I said softly.

I trotted in and gave a little shrug, sitting down and looking at her. I knew my father wouldn't even stop by the house until around five, so I didn't have much to worry about yet.

I gave a smile and close the door behind him."you gave a fright ... i was in the middel of a horor movie",I said laugheing.

I glanced over at the TV and noticed. Talk about bad timing. I looked back at her and tilted my head, giving out a little whine to apologize.

I laughed a little."no worries",I said goiung into the living room and sat on the couch.

I jumped up on the couch next to her, sitting down to watch the movie.

I smiled when he sat next to me. I like having him here, it wasnt lonely at all.

I smiled back. This was so much better than sitting home alone.

I yawned some and curled up onto the couch.

I nudged her a bit, wondering if she was ready for bed.
