They managed to get the statue to the roof before Huntress appeared shaking her head sighing when it started raining. "You two are impossible you do know I have to arrest you right?" Catwoman grinned "if you can catch us."

Vixen tilted her head tauntingly. Now that Huntress was there, she couldn't speak for fear of giving herself away. Instead, she raised a hand and made a "come and get me" motion.

"You two will slipt up and I need to choose which one has the statue." Huntress paused. "Vixen." She grinned and walked towards her watching Catwoman back up. She knew she might be wrong but Batman was out there somewhere and he would find Catwoman somehow.

Vixen made a shrugging motion, giving no indication as to whether Huntress was correct or not. Then, giving a wave to Catwoman, she turned and made a run for it.

Batman had gotten the notice on his communicator that the museum had been breached...again. He headed there straight away, and landed on the roof just as Vixen disappeared. "Catwoman. Why am I not surprised..."

"Because it's me." Catwoman laughed watching Huntress take off after Vixen. "Shall we dance?" she grinned waiting for him to decided what he wanted to do chase her or just watch her run off.

Batman sighed. "I have nothing better to do. And I do have to try and arrest you some day." He said, already moving to catch her.

Vixen dashed silently across rooftops, obviously enjoying the chase even though she made no sound.

Huntress scowled and hurried to catch her grumbling at the rain.

Catwoman grinned and turned "If you can catch me." she raced off jumping across the building with ease.

Catwoman speed threw the city giggling softly she turned to look in back of her. Her foot slipped in a puddle she gasped as she fell over the side of the building.

((Oh, cool. Wolfie's mom said maybe.))

Batman, who had been hot on Catwoman's heels the whole time, saw her trip. Reacting quickly, he shot a grappling hook at the roof of the next building, then used it to swing down and catch Catwoman before she fell. He swung them up to the next building, holding her tightly. "You should be more careful. I couldn't stand to lose you." He whispered.

Catwoman opened her eyes having squeezed them shut when she had tripped. She smiled and hugged him tightly "I promise to be careful love. Though you'll always be here to protect me." she kissed him gentle. "Love you." she whispered.

"Of course I will." Batman said, kissing her back. "I love you, too. How about we go back to your place? I'm sure the Huntress can keep up with Vixen for a while."

"That sounds nice a warm shower and someone to share a warm bed with." Catwoman wiggled her eyebrows a little and pulled away. "lets head off." she headed for the ground planning to walk back.

"I like the sound of that." Batman smirked and followed her. They weren't far from her place, anyway.

Lori stirred the next morning yawning softly smiling at the sight of Bruce's scared chest. She glanced up to see if he would be awake not sure he would be up at this hour.

Bruce had woken only a few minutes before, and had been watching her sleep. He smiled at her as she woke up. "Good morning, love." He said.

Gemini woke up and stretched, smiling as she recalled the previous night's chase. She had gotten away in the end, though it was close. The cat statue now sat snugly inside a small safe that she kept hidden. It occurred to her that they never did find out what originally caused the Bat signal to go off. Vaguely wondering what had happened, she got up and took Lucifer out for his morning walk.

Lori stretched and yawned a little "morning." She smiled at him snuggling comfily against him.

Darian aka Joker without his makeup wondered threw the streets exercising a little.

"How are you feeling?" He asked, hugging her close.

This time, Gemini was paying attention and didn't bump into the guy. Lucifer, however, instantly growled and tried to attack. Gemini pulled back on his leash, struggling to control the puppy. "Lucifer, heel! Stop that! I'm sorry, he never acts like this..." She didn't recognize him as the jerk from the last time.

"A little tired but alright since your here." Lori smiled and blushed as her stomach grumbled. "Guess I'm hungry." She chuckled.

Darien grinned a little and chuckled. "It's fine most animals don't like me much...especially bats." He was smirking.

Bruce smiled. "Well then, let's have breakfast." He suggested, though he knew better than to offer to make breakfast again. She'd never let him.

"Lucifer, SIT!" Once Gemini got the husky under control, she ran a hand through her hair and looked at the guy. "Bats? You don't meet many people in a city who have ever even seen a bat. It's a little odd to think that one might not like somebody." She mused. "Oh, manners, duh. I'm Gemini, and this is Lucifer."

"Darien is the name. I just don't care for them they attacked me once and I don't trust them anymore." Darien chuckled softly and bowed a little.

"Well maybe I'll let you make French toast." Lori chuckled and stood stretching wearing his shirt and a pair of shorts. "Or bacon...no that burns to fast have to start you off easy." she teased.

Gemini shrugged. "Well, that happens to a lot of people, I guess. Good to meet you, Darien, though I regret meeting you while my dog went nuts." She said, slightly embarrassed.

Bruce fake-pouted. "I'm not that bad. Always...okay, I am. So, you'll teach me how to make french toast?" He asked, giving up the act.

"It's fine." Darien smiled down at Lucifer "Animals don't like me that all." he chuckled "Want to buy me a coffee in apology." he teased winking at her.

Lori got the stuff out "Alright you listen up so you can learn." she smirked at him. She showed how to make a few "Alright go ahead and try."
