Yes, the lineart is the toughest part. -nods- Took me an entire day to draw it actually. I ended up going to sleep at around 3am last night. Today I should have colored it in to upload it in the morning, but I'll probably just color it tomorrow and that same day upload it. I do want to at least have it colored tomorrow though. I hate making people wait for art, especially since it's not even awesome art. :/

Oh no, I'm really sorry to hear that. -pats shoulder- ; n ;
It's not too bad actually! It's been sunny and then randomly rainey -yesterday was overcast with light sprinkles here and there but today is bright and sunny - it's been in the high 70s since Sunday too :3

Aw - don't say that! You have your own style and if you continue to cultivate it and make an effort to improve and explore you'll only get better! That's my philosophy anyways. I am guilty of putting my art down too though, but I really try hard not to and try hard not to compare. Especially with crazy amazing artists I admire who I'm not even in the league of. But they're my goal leagues so it's just steps forward!

Thank you! <3

Emma; I frequently Mene in 2008-2009, then up until 2010. Then went a couple years with just bursts here and there. Then came back for a bit in 2013 and for the most part except to check some PM's from a couple people I've been gone up until about 2-3 weeks ago. Though i probably wouldn't of gotten back into it if I wasn't pregnant. Lol My parents wont let me do like anything, and it's been really hot so I haven't been spending as much time outside as I would like. I can't handle it. Lol and I love the heat. I live in FL for a reason.

I have only been up that far north once and that was for my brothers wedding a couple Octobers ago when he lived in Connecticut.
Ahhh you were active/inactive at the same time I was other than 2013!! Since 2010 it's been pretty inactive for me but you can tell by my post history or RP history when exactly I was active between 2010 and 2014 Last summer I started trying to become more active again!

Ohh Connecticut is beautiful! I was there in 2014 in March for a Trisha Yearwood Concert and it was awesome there! Definitely want to go back when it's warmer or when the leaves change in the Fall - in March it was just turning to Spring and it was sooo warm that day I only wore and light shrug while walking and around a village of shops!

My goal is to move south though - preferably Georgia area - have to finish my Nursing up first though and make money doing travelling nursing for a bit - then I can finally move! :3 My fibro filler body will finally love me then lmao It hatesssss NY winters!!

Bwahaha So can I! I'm purely mobile at the moment until thing settle down but even texting (save for the autocorrect issues) I'm fairly fast and can usually keep up with my thought process lol Typing on a computer is much faster though and I don't have the word issues my phone creates when it decided to replace what I type with random words that aren't even close to what I wrote, especially when what I wrote was a legit word to begin with lol!

Draw same person approximately 45 quadrillion times.
Still can't get it right.

I try not to do walls of text because I don't like how I type after working on one post for a long time. My tone gets too heavy and didactic.

Aw - I have things like that too Amane - it can be frustrating for sure! For me it's anime eyes in particular. And mouths. I can draw realistically - but I can't for the life of me do the anime style for them. My art is such a fusion sometimes lol I really love anime eyes though! I wish I could draw them. :(

Oh really? I wonder if my tone or writing style changes with long posts.. I never thought of something like that happening before! O.o

Wow. My phone just destroyed my response to you... Let's try again!

I've always admired anime and manga artists - they're what initially got me into drawing at such a young age! Sailor Moon was my total inspiration and a show called Pappyland on HBO Family cultivated it every morning before school with their drawing segment! I seriously loved that show as a kid lol!

For some reason I just can't get the eyes right - and my style has really become a fusion because although I'm more realistic in style, it always has anime tendencies and I can't seem to separate the two no matter what I do!

If I could develop the talent I really want to try and write a manga. There are a couple RPs that would be awesome as a manga if I could just get the drawings right - I'm hoping that when I am able to travel I'll be able to take classes at some point - right now I can't because of where I live. :(

Ahhh that makes sense! If you don't mind sharing I'd love to see some of your work sometime! :D

And hopefully this makes sense because it totally is not the same as my previous post I wrote because I can never right the same post twice, but yeah lol I think I remembered everything I was trying to say? Seriously the worst part of being mobile. On a computer you can do CTRL + Z and get your post back. On mobile they have no undo button. >_>;

Oh, dude. Sometimes I end up going back a page and losing a post. Usually you can just click forward and get the page and the post back, but on Mene you often can't click forward after that because it does that static Facebook domain thingie.

I get super shy about my work. I only show it to very, very, very close friends. Too much fear of being judged.

My problem is that I have to highlight the entire post to code it and then my phone keyboard will spazz when I go to hit Post Quick Reply and it presses a number instead! My new phone's keyboard is taller than my last phone 1. Because I have a Note 4 instead of an S3, but 2. Because this keyboard has a number bar above qwerty where my last phone had it in the Symbols section. Soooo my post goes bye bye when that happens - it's why I won't RP via mobile! I never want to retype RP posts - they sound horrible the second time! :(

Aw! That's understandable though - if you ever change your mind feel free to post - you definitely won't be judged by me and in sure the others wouldn't either. :)

Amane; Lol didn't have a busy day I take it?

Emma; Lol yeah I kinda come and go and it didn't help at the fact that I lost my password/e-mail for Mene for a good long bit too. I've always wanted to get into RP but just never have gotten the chance to and with me about to be "maternity leave" from Mene and back in college, new baby, and working I don't wanna start something I can't finish or work on alot. Wouldn't be fair to the other people. Oh I know! Up north is so so gorgeous. There's actual seasons. Lol we don't get that in Florida. It's COLD or HOT there's not much difference in seasons. Either green or dead. Lol Everyone thinks Florida stays hot all year but not when you live in the panhandle (not the tail of florida haha) I really want to either move to California or I want to move down south Florida. Not entirely sure which way my career will take after I get my degree and my foot in the door with that.

Haha, it's friday. We fend for ourselves with food. And this weekend is filled with my nieces so basically it's kid food. xD I'm making homemade mini pizzas for the girls to prep how they want. And me and my mom are having the same. My dad, grandma and cousin andrew are having their usual steak and sides.

Lol

Losing a password/email is definitely rough! I try to save my logins in a certain browser to help with that for things Iike this - I mean, what are people going to do if they log into my Mene account, ya know? XD Plus it's my personal computer that no one really has access to so I don't mind saving the info for sites like this One less login I have to keep track of! It only becomes a pain when I get a new computer lol

I can understand that! It's hard during semesters for me so any RPs I'm in or start I always make sure they know what kind of schedule I'm looking at so they aren't angry. Usually it works out pretty well! Just have to find a partner willing to work with you :3

I wouldn't mind having seasons just as long as it's not winter lol! The only thing winter is good for is ice skating! Other than that I hate the season lol Toooooo cold!

Ohh what are you studying, if you don't mind my asking? :)

---------- Post added 07-10-2015 at 10:30 PM ----------

Hahaha Most nights it's fend for yourself night for dinner! We rarely eat at the same time as we're all on different schedules so we tend to have different things - I personally had a burger and fries for dinner! It was quick and simple to make and it worked for me haha Plus we really need groceries as we haven't had time to shop for the month yet and so my options for food are basically either cereal, eggs, or a hamburger xD;

Well my laptop crashed and I lost EVERYTHING on it...had to make a new facebook and everything because I didn't know my e-mails or passwords since i hadn't had to actually type them in, in YEARS. Which I hated it in the beginning having to start over, but really it was pretty refreshing to clear away some things. Hated that I lost so many pictures and everything off my laptop but once again it's proved to of been a good thing really. I mean sure I thought those pictures were important but now it's like basically they were "shit shots" of my life. I still have the hard copies that I got printed out which were the important ones from that group. So I mean it was a loss at first but now it's been more like a purging. LOL anyways.

I'm actually going to school for Sonography/Radiology * cardio ultrasound tech and x-ray tech to make it sound less big-worded. It'll take me roughly 2 1/2 years to complete, and it's a dang good career field to get your feet into. I want to eventually go into Social Psychology *that's my real dream job* but in order to do anything really productive in that field you need your doctorate and thats 8-10 years of college. Yeah no. Lol So I'm going to school for a career that can carry me and support me while I go back to school for what I want whenever I decide to go back. :} I just enjoy helping people but I don't have the guts to be a nurse or anything. Too much responsibility and peoples lives in your hands. No thank you.

haha I fend for myself with dinner more than not. Mainly because my diet is different from my families and half the time i'm not hungry when they eat. haha

I know how that can be! Sometimes purging is what you need to have a clean slate and a fresh start! Nothing wrong with that when done in a healthy way and as long as you're 100% on board with it! I've done it a time or two. :3

Oh wow! I agree it's a good field to go into - you can make a lot of money as you go up in rank and you'll never be wanting for work. There will definitely be jobs across the country for that! I wish you the best of luck on your college!! It'll be tough but so worth it! :)

Yeah nursing is pretty scary lol But I won't be a floor nurse when I'm finished. I already have a B. Tech. in Health Care Management, and when I'm done with this first portion I'll have an Associates in Nursing and an RNlicense, then in 1 more year I'll have a Bachelor's in Nursing. :3 Once I finish the nursing RN portion I'll be doing travelling nursing to earn enough to move and buy a house, but I don't have to be a floor nurse as I can go into the management field. My end goal is a Director so that I can have the power to make changes - I want to be able to mediate between the staff and patients/patients' family to create a better environment on all levels, and to correct poor care/behavior/relationships - unless I have Nursing, I can't go into that department, and unless I have management I can't go into that position. So that's why I'm doing both! :3 Plus I have many options for a Masters - I can do administration, be a Nurse Practitioner, etc. Jobs and career platforms are really endless! :3

Formatting a computer SUCKS HORRIBLY. Especially when you built up a collection of pictures and/or music. Forced formatting from a compy crash is worse.

The absolute worst is when programs you used to use no longer work because of your Windows version. :( Meridian Advance, how I used to love you so when I had an XP machine. :(

Lol yeah, I wasn't on board at first, but since then I've actually gotten rid of a vast majority of things from my life. I made a rule. If I haven't touched it in a year, it gets donated (unless it's like cold winter clothes or something that I would use only during a certain part of the year - there are some exemptions ) but for the most part I stuck with it. I've always had this weird need to cling onto items but my way of thinking has really changed the past year.

It is a really really good field to get into, and college isn't too hard for it. I mean all college is hard especially since I'll have a newborn at home and all that jazz but I know that after I get out of college I'll be able to fully support me and him no problem and that's what keeps me going. I love the fact you have ambitions that are that high. One of my really good friends - her mom is director of nursing at a correctional facility, She was a directer of nursing at a hospital and just didn't like the people she worked with and had really enjoyed working at the prison, said she got more respect from prisoners than she ever did working at a hospital. And that's where she's been for like 15 years I think? Lol maybe edging up on 20. She really loves the fact she has the power to change things and make things better - just like you! I've always wanted to go into some part of the medical field, and after helping my friend get her sonography certification I realized I would really enjoy doing that. I mean it's not my dream job or anything, but still it's a job that I would enjoy going to work to do, and honestly I've put off going back to school for a couple years now, but about to be a mom has given me that push that I need to get my butt in gear. I have to admit even given the circumstances surrounding my life and being a single mom and everything, it's already been the best thing to ever happen to me. He's like a ray of sunshine and he isn't even here yet!

Yeah can't say I blame you there. I don't think we ate out much as kids, or even teenagers. Except when I was out with my friends or something. We never had the money for it and my parents always called it junk food anyways. Which it really is. I haven't eaten fast food in probably going on 4 years. And after really paying attention to all the stuff they allow into our foods, I've gotten REALLY picky about what I even eat. Pretty much if it's not organic or grown myself I don't eat it. I mean there's plenty that I do eat that isn't that way but it's not because of my doing. I'm just not the only one who cooks/grocery shops in the house and my dad isn't on board with the whole "natural" thing. He's just like "Food is food" Lol my mom is coming around a little bit.

If it tastes good, it's bad for you. The better, the worse. That's why I don't beat myself up for not looking into what's in my food. Also, I'm already picky, and I'd drive my momma insane if I added "all natural" to my list of requirements for my food.

That's not true actually. Lol I make plenty of food that's healthy and tastes amazing. :) Fast food tastes kinda like greasy plastic. Lol

It's not really that I'm for all natural. I've been vegatarian for 85% of my life, except when I was a very small child (5 and younger) and a couple years sprinkled throughout where I would eat bacon and chicken. So they've always had to deal with that. Lol Then being semi lactose intolerant for a majority of my life hasn't helped either.

I've got quite a few reasons for my choice to be a vegetarian, and unlike some that I have known I don't push or judge people for eating meat. Lol Far as I'm concerned I can only change myself and for the most part - unless asked/and even then - people don't give a hoot about your opinion. Lol
I try to see both sides to every story and figure out my position - if any on that topic. May more times than not I'm just like "That doesn't even interest me enough to have an opinion either way - call me Sweden"

What are some of the ways you add protein to your diet? I'm big on beans and quinoa. ^^

I'm the same way. I'm always looking for new recipes and ways to incorporate proteins into my diet. I've tried the tofu and other "meat" like alternatives, but my main thing is, I hate the taste of meat. Lol So it's not a necessity for me to want to cook meals with tofu and whatnot. though my friend makes some killer fried tofu that tastes like amazing fried chicken. *which is probably the only way I would ever eat chicken again* and then there's the bacon bit alternatives. Those are pretty good on salads and such. but those are like once in a blue moon sort of things. And she only ever makes the fried tofu "chicken" for like cookouts when we have them together.

Quinoa looks like a name and sounds Chinese. What is wrong with our language?

Oh, I've never been one to not eat my fruits and vegetables. They're an exception to healthy things tasting bad. Why? Who knows? The only reason to offer is, like every other rule, there are exceptions.
Fast food tastes like fantabulous to me. Whenever I decide I don't like fast food, it's because I'm tired of it and it'll be back to tasting like fantabulous one day.
/I'm on break from Arby's curly fries and just got off break from McDerples
/IT'S SO GOOD IT'S HEAVEN

There are two reasons I cannot go vegetarian. Chicken and bacon.

I have absolutely not semi lactose issues. -_- I found chocolate lactose-free ice cream at the grocery and could've died right there. Wal-Mart only has it in vanilla! 3:<
