well, he even told his attorney that if anything further happens to me with CPS or my apartment and I end up "homeless" he wants custody of Gavin to go to his parents. um ... excuse me??

his whole family is stupid. besides all of that, there is no reason why I'd ever be homeless. my sister has plenty of room in her house for us and she has told me that on numerous occasions.

hmm why not move in with your sister and save up some money?

besides, why does he think custody would automatically go to people he hasn't seen in 8 years clear across the country who don't even have any experience with Gavin let alone Asperger folk??

there is no reason for me to move. I'm fine where I am and corporate office of my apartment complex said they don't see any reason for me not to continue to live here for years to come. my rent is based upon my income so right now it's only about $115 a month.

the condition of my other house. I had animal crap everywhere and maggots and stuff. of all of those animals I only have 1. we are moved into a nice new apartment. and conditions are great. CPS comes by like twice a week and even they said they can't see any problems.

I'm back lol, got the kiddo washed, and I've eaten ^_^ woot woot whats up everyone once again lol

yeah, I moved apartments like 2 months ago. it's just 3 doors down.

my son is being so sweet. he keeps coming in the house like every 10 minutes to check on me. he sure does want to be allowed to stay outside and play!

we used to have this ball-pit in Gavin's room when he was young. I'd have to go in there twice a month with clorox wipes and wipe down all the balls and the thingie they were in. it's amazing how fast stuff like that gets so filthy.
