The only reason we're considering it is the 20 acres of land attached. We could build a home when we're more settled into our degree jobs and have the mobile home for his parents or whomever wanted/needed it.

We're also looking at a plot of land in a private place, but the realtor hasn't answered my questions. I think I may have scared her off. x_x

Ohhh that sounds like an ideal place to get a head start. Mobile homes may not be what you want to live in, but they are cheap and it's easy to build on the land like you said once you have the land paid off and have money to start the project. Plus, it will be MUCH easier making the move between them. xD

I'm not sure. If I keep going as I'm going (30 hours interning, 7-10 at my job), I should be done toward the end of August. After my husband graduates, if he can get in where he's currently doing clinical work, I'll probably quit my job and intern 40 hours. Otherwise I'll keep going as I'm going because he'll have a wait time without work. He'll need to pass his licensing exam.

So... who knows. xD

I wish I had the gumption and knew what the hell I wanted to be. I don't mind my job so much as what I do at $11 an hour isn't bad. Some days are better than others...

I just am scared of change I guess. I would be more than happy to try to find something else, as long as it meant I could work from home. Makes me wonder how much someone who does medical coding makes.

Awww, thanks guys. I do hope the sacrifices will be worth it in the end. I'm still trying to find my footing as a therapist. Some times I feel like I know what I'm doing, and other times I'm ridiculously lost and question what I'm doing in the field at all. It's my understanding that in a few years' time, I'll have a better footing. Can't know it all from text books alone, I guess.

I'm my own worst enemy though. Low self confidence combined with getting in my own way is sure to mess it up. Then again that's often what keeps people from doing stuff--themselves. Daily battle with myself. x_x
