i didn't really have that option in high school. i was a member of the oldest class of our high school (for three years) so there were no older guys, it sucked. and i'm majorly attracted to older guys. and usually like much older guys.

The town neighboring mine is holding night-time haunted tours every weekend for the month. Every building rumored to be haunted is on the tour, which is almost every historical building in the town.

I wish I were one of the guides. They get to dress up in period costume.

They don't scare anyone, they're just tour guides who explain the history of each location and tell the story of why people think it's haunted. Last year there was a team of paranormal investigators who played tapes of what they found investigating the old tavern.

oh... well that is still pretty cool though
being a part of something like that and reliving history that way

That movie was shot in Philly. There are a lot of places in Philly that are supposedly haunted as well. Betsy Ross' house among them. Although I wouldn't want to be the guide to go to that house. I'd heard there was one person who worked there as a regular historical guide through the year, who quit after staying late one night.

Yush, Philly is where I'm from. And yes, she stayed late one night to take care of extra paperwork, when she heard some eerie noises. When she went to see, furniture started moving around in the museum level of the house.
She ran out screaming and never went back.

i went to college in a haunted mansion... i had friends who worked in the library, which was once the dining room, and books would fly off the shelves just like in the movies... the front desk was by the only entrance and when no one was there they told me you could hear footsteps down the isles, since it was tile floors, and kids laughing... the guy that used to own the mansion had a second wife that was a practicing witch, not the good kind, and she would sacrifice things at the top of this cascade that led to an alter of sorts... super creepy stuff!

i was like busy for a whole day and when i come back there is an event!
i am excited for new commons and such though
