Well, you do need one for each t.v. you want to use chromecast with, but other than it's no more expensive than HDMI cables and it's less of a pain in the ass. It really does work quite well.

We'd only have the one tv anyway because I'm against having a tv in our bedroom. So, it'd be the living room one if we were.
He did last week on his day off. Called the company and this is what he said about it "weel forgot to ask a few things so ill call them again inna few but yeah in our area 1.3 mbps is the max with frontier"
Which is bullshit. He gets about 1.10 mb/s, I get 3.23 on average. So, it's bullshit. DSL internet here is basically shit. Which is why we're getting cable when we can.
Yeah, I have a tv that I'll use sometimes... I don't really watch much either... though now I'm gonna have to hook my tv up again just so I can watch the hockey games... and I just made my desk better again :/
Yeah... I don't know how he does. It's horrible. Mine isn't much better, but it's not that bad. That's part of why some nights he goes from happy, to pissed off.

Oh I do too. If mine is messing up I am not a happy camper. I have been over at his house with us trying to do something on the internet like watch Youtube, he has to lower the buffer to 360p or lower. Whereas with me, I have it on 480p normal, 720p fullscreen.
I think if I was more into sports I would follow hockey...there's something about it that I like.

I try to follow Hockey as much as I can... kind of hard for me since my team is in Canada and I'm not.
The guy who I watch stream usually is a HUGE hockey fan. He did a bracket for the playoffs and predicts that the final will be Montreal Canadiens for the East, Colorado Avalanche for the West with Colorado taking the Stanley Cup.
Omg... I remember those days... I had the worst you could imagine... I had webtv up until 2007 and it was the worst... I sometimes had to wait 10 min for a page to load or the majority of the time, the page would be too graphic heavy... Webtv would kill itself and restart. -.- It's because of this... I refuse to go back to it or suffer more... So we're getting better internet from Cable.
I've heard the boys were doing well this year. It would be nice if the Avalanches would take the Stanley Cup...especially after that ridiculous Super Bowl fail.

Yeaaaah, we had a couple different dsl services that I no longer remember the name of, but they were awful. We upgraded internet to cable as soon as it came out because my mom works from home for a hospital and has to upload a lot of data. I still remember waiting half an hour for some image heavy pages to load. I never would have dreamed internet would be this much better now.
Yeah, both the Avalanche and the Canadiens apparently have been having a good year... I feel like a horrible Canadiens fan. But I don't live in their market so I only get to watch a few games on tv :(

Yeah. For awhile Mike's family did have the cable internet... But they switched back to the shitty DSL internet to save money because the parents don't care about having good internet speed. Only getting stuff for good price. Ok fine, but Mike and I definitely don't care about tv like a lot of people, so we're going to forgo the tv for the better internet.

Yeah... My friend in Finland has 10mb/s download and his internet is free. It's basically a right to allow access to basic internet connections for free for their citizens in a lot of Europe. His isn't Fibre, but it's still better than us.

Hey guys how have you been? Sorry I haven't been on lately my internet still a bit fussy because after russ left me my roommates got all pissy because we weren't going to have his income so this kid josh who's been more or less my best friend for a long while now was being super supportive and helpful, he was there for me with all the bullshit with russ (who basically hasn't even talked to me since he left) and today he said I could stay with him if my roommates kept giving me problems and that he cares about me more than I ever realized :) I was trying to so hard to change russ and make the relationship work that i didn't even see that someone perfect was right in front of me waiting patiently :)
@Ely: I've been trying to get enough sleep for awhile. Lets see if I can tonight. Mike's over tonight and I'm not used to sharing my bed, but I'm very happy and relaxed tonight so we'll see.

Josh is super sweet, no temper much more the type to pout and talk something out then throw a fit. He's honest to a fault, supportive and endearing :) I've adored him forever even though I never expected anything like this. He started at my work last august and me him an maverick were all hanging out, but he never went about things the way maverick did and then when I started having real problems with mav he as really sweet and supportive and then when shit went down with russ he really tried to help mediate but took my side, then the danni and steph... he's been there for me while everyone else has left like one by one. lol I want to keep this one for a while anyway just don't want to many huge commitments or obligations so soon but he understands that :)
All that's happened is that Arya took revenge on the guys who screwed with her last season by killing them. Also...Joffrey is quite dead. Someone's poisoned him after his wedding with Margaery...I'm guessing it was one of the Tyrells but we don't know yet.
Daenerys STILL has her ass stuck in the desert. Dear god that's getting old. Bran is going a little nutso imo, but we'll see. Um...Jon Snow is back with the Night's Watch trying to convince them that the wildlings are going to attack, I think. I dislike his storyline so haven't paid much attention to him.
Okay, good. I like that you're in a supportive relationship but I'm glad you're not taking it too seriously yet. By all means, enjoy it but take your time to heal from Russ, too. I'm sorry everyone has been leaving you. I've been worried about you for months. I was about ready to poke you on facebook to see if you were "okay."

YES! I'm so happy he's dead :) I thought I saw that on your face book wall. I hope the poison was a slow painful death, and by some people I don't have a particular hatred for yet, even better. Jon snow is a little... I dunno I agree his personality irks me a bit sometimes but I do like the wall itself. But I have a feeling the dragons aren't going to come in until they have killed most of each other off... her story is going to be slow...
Well honestly I am a little uneasy with living with him and his family already but a studio won't be available till june and I heard from one of my managers that they were planning on kicking me out... even tho they still owe me for overpaying on the deposit and such :( so I'm really left with no choice, and it gives me a month to save but yeah its awkward but he's doing everything he can to make me feel at home :)

He's from a different store that transferred to ours. He has an ex there that cheated on him :( so it was just to awkward for him there and the head of our store was trained at the store Josh is from and loves him so when Josh asked to transfer he was brought over to our store as soon as he asked lol. Not a manager though (lol he gets paid as much as one tho)
But he is very understanding, and he has been present for everything basically so he knows exactly where I'm at and where I stand. Actually Russ texted for the first time in a while after Josh posted we were in a relationship on facebook saying he hoped we were happy together so... fuck him basically :(
