Roza: Sorry for the delay - had to take the trash out, take a shower, and get my butt out of my room and up to Starbucks so I can actually get some work done. :lol: So now I'm on a better net connection buuuut, I'm trying to do research for a speech so I may be a bit delayed again. :P

Oh, they are adorable! Much cuter than Kangaroos, if you ask me -- but my sister will disagree with that. :rofl: :XD My friend's mum 'kidnapped' us for the day, as she wanted to do something with us all while I was down there, - her mum lives in the next town over from her - and she took us to the zoo. We lucked out as it wasn't the best of weather, so there wasn't anyone else there! :D

It was just getting down there that was the boring part. :lol: and coming home. :P
Although I do have to say, I met a lot of really nice people on all the flights! :)

When I got back to the States and met up with my parents, who were there to pick me up - mum was like "Do you want to get something to eat?" And I was like "Nooo, just get me away from the airport as I'm sick of them and airplanes for right now." I had gotten stuck in LA for an extra 2 1/2 hours because of delays in San Fran. >.< So I was totally exhausted and just ready to be home. :P that was my neverending day. :lol:

Coming home: Got up at 3 am on the 11th of June - left by 3:45, got to Melbourne by a bit past 8 am - left at 9:30 am... got into Sydney at around 11 am. Left Sydney at 12:30 pm, landed in LA at 9:30 am (Same day - after about 13 hours of flying), left LA at around 2:30, got into SF at just a bit before 4 pm, and was home just after 7 pm... all on Saturday the 11th of June. To put that into perspective... (using local time here in California) -- I basically got up at 10 am Friday and didn't get home to my parents house till 7 pm on Saturday. >.<;; but for me all the traveling took place on Saturday, because I was re-gaining the day that I lost when I traveled there ((I left on the 25th of May, and didn't get to Australia till the morning of the 27th because of the massive time difference).

Edit it seems like everyone went poof. :(

I always say I've never been on a plane because I don't think it should count when I was like 5 months old. >:C I don't even remember that. Lol. I think I'd be too scared to be on a plane though, I watch the news way too much. @.@

Oh, yeaaaah -- it's the flight that neeeever seems to end (both ways. :P).

I don't watch the news/read it - because I don't like how they use fear and focus on the negative too much, but that's just me. I've been on planes quite often, actually. I was supposed to fly with mum to NM before school started, but things came up, and so I didn't get to go. Darn! :( Hopefully this summer I'll be able to go with her! I wanna take more pretty NM pictures! (Grandma lives in New Mexico.)

And yeah, just a bit of time.
And if it makes you feel any better, I had to re-read that paragraph like 4 times to make sure it made sense with the time jumps before I hit the submit button. >.< You're so not alone with slowness! It's amazing that I still have all the times memorized - when it was about 10 months ago that I took those flights. :lol:

Momo - it's a 6 minute speech, on pro-gay marriage, that I need to write, research (I only have one source of the three needed) and finish a power point on. >.<;; I don't think I can write it in one night.

Plus 2 books, and notes on both, and then writing a paper on one of the books, as well as 2 quizzes that have to be done by Tuesday. ((Just the quizzes done by Tuesday, not everything.))
