When I visit other avatar forums everyone is already acclimated to their own friends, so they don't invite you to chat in their hangout threads or help you out with clothing your avatar or anything. :S

Mene used to be very guilty of this as well.

Most of those people either moved on or chilled over the years with who they let hangout with them.

It never really made sense to me not to include others in hangouts. There are a few exclusive "clubs" left in hangouts but it's nothing like the mine field of yestermene.

Neph - oh it's so true. So many users have mellowed out. I think it's the babies they popped out XD

I usually don't invite myself to hangouts because of that old exclusive club attitude. But it makes me delighted that people still consider my disability thread a sort of safe haven here ^^
