My back is KILLING me from doing my grandparent's beds today and doing tons of laundry (they're washer is very low and so is their dryer) - totally pulled something in my spine lol
Sooo I'm trying to move as little as possible xD;
But I keep telling myself I have my iPad right next to my bed, so I should totally go lay down. But the getting up part is going to be the killer :(
I have IcyHot on it, but it's kind of wearing off :(
