I love the graphics and how they tell the story.

But I never did get more than probably about half way through...

i've played many variations of the harvest moon games and they are really good if you like that sort of daily tasks kind of game... it can get a little monotonous but the quests, like finding a wife, finding this or that, saving the town, etc kind of make up for it... one of my favorite things is festival days which you keep track of via a year long (only the 4 seasons) calender! you can also get a pet and the newer ones you can be a boy or a girl!

So then it is kinda like Animal Crossing for the DS? Time based and all that? It's good for a while...then I get sick of it. XD

I love Harvest Moon! I need a new battery for Friend of Mineral Town.

Apparently in DS Cute you can marry a girl. Pretty funny, because you still have kids.

it's not time based the same way as animal crossing... animal crossing is real time... harvest moon the days are sped up so you can do lots of days in a row

I wanted to finish the one I have but the silly battery is dying... I guess it's one of those games. The battery does tend to wear down...

I don't know since my Harvest Moon games have always been gifts.

It's for DS. It's a whole lot of fun! Best Harvest Moon yet, methinks! There's horse-drawn carts, cats, tons of crops, Jersey cows, and… :squee:

It's the game itself. They have batteries, but most of the time they don't wear out. However, I got mine used. And the game is pretty long.

the newer games range from 40-50$ but you can probably find the used or older ones from 10-28ish... at least that's what i've seen

I've never tried to buy used games...

I don't buy used games...most things used don't work well...Although I do have some used games...mostly they were games my friends didn't want anymore and gave them to me. XD
