yeah maybe terrena, but i think the guy we talk to is just the face you get to talk to, meaning i think he's the middle man, which sucks. after we get approved and close the loan, they will sell it to a different company. so i don't think it's really his fault, it's whoever is the bank is who is loaning us the money. I think it's Chase. but i'm not really sure. *shrugs* guess we should ask...
