Naoto-chan- I got to yell at my therapist on the phone for an hour, but only because I had finally gotten some peaceful sleep for the first time in 72 hours or so and I didn't have the time to make the 2 hour trek to physically be there. I'm much calmer in preson, but it's easier to lose my temper at situations or objects.
