I read it really well now. Part of the reason I watch stages is to read along with the lyrics and try to translate.

I'm trying to learn it. Struggling a little, but getting there bit by bit.

I hope so. Gwena keeps getting on me because I can never recognize the sounds of the Korean words in songs, and says I'm always miss pronouncing them . By that contrast, I'm probably better with Hangul then actually speaking it. XD

I'm really bad at learning on my own, really anything unless it's something related to very certain aspects of literature.
and languages are something i struggled to actually learn well in the classroom, so trying to learn one on my own seems like an impossible task

I don't know if it would help or not, but this is what I'm using for some basics, they have matching games you can play. I can can count 4 now! XD

Then I searched for free Korean worksheets to practice writing. I also used talktomeinkorean.com and I use https://www.branah.com/korean for typing.

I'm interested in so many languages. I'm even making my own for a story. I'm so good at Korean because I have K-pop motivating me. I need something like that to keep me going and not losing interest. I'm good at my conlang because, well, I'm making it. If I don't know how to say something, I make a way to say it.

it's been an amazing summer with new big bang every month!

I've been happy seeing SHINee on the music shows again.

I've come across quite a few websites and youtube channels that could teach me Korean. Bookmarked them. Ignored them. That's about as far as I've got. Learning a new language is way too daunting and time consuming for me.

So much big bang.

I learn it with random vocab lists I find and through translating K-pop songs.

hahaha. the like 30 something on a test in middle school is always gonna be ingrained in my brain. cuz i was just so like O.o
