hey Fiona! im busy and very sore... i havnt had time to do any crafting this week and im totally bumbed about it. set me back a whole week in my cross stitching... arg... but i will have time tomorrow and your goggles are first on the list of things to get done. i should have them in the mail to you by monday! yay! how are you?

BSW, when you get time, can you tell me what you think about my avatar. I don't really mind how detailed you get. I just want to know if other people thinks it looks good. And like always I don't really like it for some reason but I can't figure out what is throwing me off of it... Thank you for your time.

For me it's the birds. They are a bit cartoony for the rest of your avatar. But that's just me.

Thank you, Kirin. I have been looking at the birds. They didn't quite seem right when I put them there, but when I took them away, it looked large and empty. I'm not sure what to do instead so they have stayed for now until I can figure something else out. And more than the birds, which I admit kinda suck, my avi's actual outfit is rubbing me a little wrong, like something is out of place or missing or shouldn't be there. I wish I could explain it better than that, but it is just a feeling I have.

What about the glowing specks from the Dryad's Hollow? Oh and you need more grass at your feet. I have an item that will give that to you if you want to ghost it.

I have no idea what ghost it means. What item is it? I will look at Dryad's Hollow. little specks, hmmm....

well the hairpins you are using are hot pink and not red. that might be whats throwing it off. red hairpin would be better for balancing the entire outfit. you also have no pink on your feet. pink socks would help to balance everything out. You could actually use the socks that are pink and have red hearts at the top... some valentines sock of some sort... anyways, they would be awesome.

and Kirin makes a good point about the birds. I would rather just the red bird, as the blue one throws off your avatar since there is no blue anywhere else... other then your eyes... but it would be a lot of work to work in the blue from the bird to be balanced in the rest of your avatar.

you may also want to balance out the black.... but that would also take a lot of layering tricks and such. not sure if you want me to go into detail on that one tid bit.

so essentially i think the problem is balancing. it is a sweet and simple which is adorable. the background also looks really good, it really sets your avatar.

It means when you borrow a multiequip item from somebody, put a pose on and then, keeping the pose on send it back.

the fireflies look amazing. its a great addition. still i think balancing is your issue. the whole avatar is very unbalanced. a few items here and there would do an awful lot to fix it right up though.

a red hairpin. there are lots too choose from... the locket from the event items for example would look amazing.

the socks i mentioned are called the Romantic's Pink Stockings.

those two items would do a lot. for the black i would add a black skirt....maybe the red and black lolita shirt... and maybe the collar too...

and then if you want to get super fancy.... add the red cathay sleeves and some black gloves. as well as the black bustle bow.

thank you jupiter. i do try. it was actually one of the things that bothered me about the rate the avatar above you thread. i would give detailed advice and reasons and other people would give"9/10 your awesome" that is not really a rate you know? so i decided that instead of getting frustrated with it, i would just start a proper rating thread.
