Lance finally got out. "Grumpy? I am never..what makes you say that?" he asked looking at her confused.

Shaking her head she rolled her eyes. "Never mind, come on we have to start walking again.." she groaned and rubbed the back of her head as she started down the path.

Lance shrugged, and walked with her. He rubbed his head as well, and took the bandage off his head. Looking at it, he placed it in his back pocket in case he needed it later.

Sighing she moved along the path humming softly wondering what will happen when they get there. "Are you going to tell my parents, I was with you or will you allow me to keep up as a page boy?"

"Which was would you like me to say it? Because if you want me to keep it on the down low, we can do that as well. Lance said looking at her as they walked along.

Celest sighed and shruged. "I'm not at all sure... I should just tell them its me and...i don't know.."

"well if anything happens, I will stop them from hurting you.." Lance said looking over at her as they walked down the path.

she shook her head and sighed. "I need to do this on my own.. i need to be able to stick up for myself.." she rubbed her head softly.

"Ok, but if you need me I will be there.." Lance said as he walked a bit closer to her

Tilting her head she looks up at him, and smiles a little. "Thanks..Its good to have someone be supportive for once.." She looked forward and sighed softly.

"You don't get that much do you?" Lance asked as they kept walking onward. He was glad that she was a bit more open to him, and he loved talking to someone that will listen and give a response back, and not just one that you would like to hear.

"well..." she rubbed her head. "MY father dosen't believe me about my mother.. which she isn't really my mom i found out when i was born my mother died. After a few months he found her. She was ok and a mother to me... but.. well... shes just cruel.." Shrugging she placed her hands in her pockets.

Lance looked at her, then down at the ground. "I don't get why some people are like that..Like why wound they treat their own loved ones, or ones close to them.." He said not knowing much about his parents either. He was lord sense he was little, and he just had people helping him live his life.

She sighed. "Well shes not really a loved one.. I mean she was a women in my life, but i never really loved her. Its not that i didn't like her, we were like friends, but as soon as my father gained more land she began to turn... rather evil.." she shrugged again. "I dont care as long as she's away from me. I just miss my father.." she reached up and touched her necklace lightly.

Lance looked over at her, seeing what she was messing with. "Whats that?" He asked seeing that it must have meant something to her.

Looking up at him she held the moon in her hands. "Its my necklace.. My father gave me this half moon pendant when was little.." She smiled and then laughed softly. "He told me, its special because he had to chase a pixie all over the yard to be able to put pixie dust inside..Imagine the king around around the yard." She laughed a little more.

Lance smiled and looked at the necklace. "Looks cute.." he said talking about the necklace, but he agreed she was as well

Smiling she looked away. "Thanks... its my favorite, I wear it no matter what." she moved her hands back in to her pockets as she walked along the road still. "Im getting hungry.." she placed a hand over her stomach.

"all our food was in rusty.." Lance said looking around. Lance didn't see anything that they could find to eat. He was hungry as well, but he was lost as well, but they were just walking along the path.

She sighed and rubbed her stomach. "Well when we get there I am sure they will feed us.." she mumbled a little. They still had another day's travel ahead of them.

"we still have a while to travel, and I am not letting you starve because we don't have food.." Lance said as he walked off to the side of the path a bit to see if the river was still there.

Celest shook her head and called out. "I don't eat fish." as he headed to the river's edge and smirked lightly.

"well if you don't eat fish..than what would you like to eat?" He asked looking over at her. Lance was will to find anything that she wanted. anything for her.

Shrugging she looked around. "What about those berries? They arn't poisonous. You can eat fish and i will eat the berries." She grinned and tilted her head.

"Ok..but you wana help me get a fish?" He asked looking back at her, as he started walking into the river. He had his sword out, to stab the fish.
