I'm a natural night owl; I can't fall asleep if I go to bed early and I need about nine hours to feel refreshed so it's kind of hard to get enough sleep. x __x;;

What time does your work start?

I thought you worked in a school....isn't that early?

8am, but you can arrive any time between 7:40am to 8:40am, as long as you work the full eight hours.

She would come in like....5 hours late and then like attempt to make it up at different times through the week but then she wouldn't feel like staying so her hours would be like.....3 hours short for the week.

We seriously used to be able to come in whenever we wanted and leave whenever we wanted so long as we worked at least 40 hours and not more than 50 hours.

Now we have set schedules and overtime must be approved T.T

What the hell...she should've been fired. -_-;

That really sucks! Our overtime and off time has to be approved too but the director's too busy so he just gave us his password and we'd go on and approve ourselves. xD We only get that one hour to come in though, any time you come in later than 8:40am means you're late and you'd either get marked or you could just apply for one hour's off time instead out of your own overtime time.

Well that makes sense. We have a very unusual job that makes it so we have to be able to be flexible in our hours. Before Tabitha, it just meant that we came and went as testing required.

Also Tabitha should be fired for a lot of things....but HR is protecting her for some god forsaken reason.

It's possible that she has connections with some higher ups. D: Happens here too, like the other day there was this news about this guy who became a policeman because of his parents' influence. The guy is totally irresponsible and went and stopped coming to work, and his 'resignation' had to be done by his mom. Wtf.

Hahaha it's not really a respectable job here...at least, I don't really feel the respect for them as I had as a kid. Lots of corrupt police. Not blatantly corrupt, but still...

But yeah, people were saying good riddance to him. I don't know how he'll ever find himself a job at this rate. But then again both his parents are rich and work with the government so it's entirely possible that he'll just let them feed him until the end of his days since they'll get a monthly pension after they retire anyway.
