The base color is a grey I got from a clothing store called Joe Fresh. The sparkle one I put on the top is Essie Hors D’ Oeuvres.

Actually I like the look of fish scales. There was another mani I did probably a year ago to imitate fish scales.

No, it's possible to do. Mostly done with regular acrylic paint, though. But it IS possible. It takes some real talent to be able to do it in such detail. I've seen some competition art that replicates fine art across all four nails. Things like Van Gogh's "Starry Night", and Monet's "Water Lilies", to name a couple.

They must have one hell of a steady hand. o.o
