Zig:: I dunno, I tend to sell back and buy over and over again. I think the only constants in my inventory are the CIs [which I don't wear / use often]. But I love colors, so I like trying new schemes constantly. n_n Thank you for taking notice. <3

So, is everyone being greedy? I noticed the yarn meter started going down. I've been giving my yarn to Channah, there isn't really that much in the event shop that I'm interested in anyway. I sold a bunch of stuff back and bought what I wanted with gold so, I'll just keep donating.

@ Pickles: Ah... I don't believe in buying pixels for money anymore... T_T I used to do it sometimes on Gaia but then I realized how much money I was wasting on not real life stuff so I quit. I tell myself that I can get one if I see something really super awesome but I haven't really liked any of them that I couldn't just buy with gold. >.<

And yeah, real life stuff definitely comes before the internet. Sometimes it's hard during the events and stuff at Halloween time but I make it through. ^^; Just one year more to go for me! And then I'm not sure where I'll go after that... T_T

Zig:: I don't donate as much as I used to, I sell my old CI hoards for new ones and gold.
But when I do donate, it's usually just what I need for personal use, and I'm fine with it since I view it as paying for an aspect of entertainment. I can see both points though. If I did have any extra pocket money, or had better things to buy, it'd be a different.

@ Pickles: Yeah... I dunno. It sort of makes sense because it's only like the cost of maybe like a candy bar and a soda but I dunno... Personally I've become really stingy with my money since I started college. I have to pay for my own bills and I've been saving up to study abroad. Finally it's going to pay off! Here at the end of January I'm going to be heading off to France for 4 months! ^^;

As for one year to go... I'm honestly not all that excited. I'm a bit worried actually because I don't know what I want to do when I get done. I'm a French major studying mostly French, German, and Art but I don't really know what to do after I get my degree. Should I go to grad school for teaching or pure language for translation? Or just go live in France for a while to up my proficiency more? I really can't answer those questions right now so I'm afraid that the time to make a decision is getting nearer and nearer. T_T

I had that problem when I have my ears first pierced. I had an alergic reaction to the gold and my ear swelled up. Then we had to get a pair of tweezers to get the back off because that was going into my ear.

I ended up wearing hoops but they didn't fit well, due to how much my ear had swollen
