Wow. I think Pirate is the big thing this year. I hear Pirate as answers everywhere.
In my group of friends, 1 family is doing it and 3 other people are being pirates too.

A flapper was a term for a certain kind of woman in the 20s, I think it was women who went to dance clubs and such, when they danced their skirts would "flap".... not entirely sure actually xD.

They're also called flappers because of the type of dresses they wore. The had a bunch of tassles on it that would flap.
