I am going to get going, the cup of wine in my system is taking a huge effect and I am having a hard time typing without constant mistakes and making sure what I am typing makes sense.

"You're the one who said you were going to start getting up earlier to see her on webcam before you go to work. Stop telling me you're going to do things, and not do it. Also, she's too little to remember anyone who isn't in her day to day life. That's been proven. Sure, thinking about your kid not remembering you sucks, but it's fact. Which, you aren't doing, because you never get on webcam for her to see you and you never call until she's already asleep so I can't put you on speaker phone for her to at least hear your voice. Also, I never told you to stop eating. I never told you that you can't relax. I never told you that you can't hang out after work. What I did say, was maybe if you went to bed earlier, you'd be able to get up to see her. You freaking out the way you did, saying those things to me, makes me wonder what the hell you are doing over there. Especially if you think getting up just one hour earlier to see your kid means that you don't get any sleep. Care to elaborate on that one? If you don't care about seeing your daughter, then fine, just say so, and I'll stop trying to make sure you get to see each other. It's so exhausting, and doesn't help when you try to guilt me into feeling like shit solely because I don't want her to forget her dad."

I think that sounds more civil, for some reason reading yours kinda made me feel all shifty in my seat like you were being accusing. I had learned when dealing with frustrating people, its best not to frustrate them more and to be somewhat empathetic with them....It does help, I'm sorry if I'm out of line, but I think handling it without sounding annoyed would be best for you.

lol, well I already sent the other and went back to bed. Thanks though. I do like what you said more than the one I sent but it's too late now. but yeah, I was being accusing.

It's alright. More than likely, he isn't going to respond to my email. He'll probably end up sending me another email about something else now, ignoring the other. If he even sends me an email at all.

wow.. if i were you i wouldn't send anymore implusive, i'm pissed off-right-now, emails, stern, without consulting with this thread. lol. every sentence was you did this YOU did this. any therapist/counselor will tell you not to make YOU sentences but use "I feel" instead. i'll have to think of an example because i can't come up with one right now! ><
but ouch! talking to someone like that will always make them shut down and block you out.

much better, from now on write out the email on the computer, and wait until the next day to send it. this will not only relieve some of the tension because it is providing you with an outlet to vent.. but it will also prevent you from sounding completely out of control. lol. also, sleeping on something allows you to make better decisions compared to impulsive grr messages.. :heart: secondly, run it by me first in here or with lady, she seems willing to help out! ><
